Erika Lisovszki - July 2023

Erika Lisovszki

Erika is, 35, proud mom of a 10-year-old daughter. Erika works for ThermoFisher Scientific in Allschwill as manufacturing planner. She lives in Pratteln with her family, in her free time Erika likes playing the piano, reading, or riding scooter. Erika comes from Hungary which means a very detailed basic education and general knowledge (from math’s through arts and history until biology and chemistry), so she can fit in all kinds of companies.

As an applied economist and experienced production and material planner Erika is specialized in supply chain management. All her former projects are connected to SCM processes. Erika has 5 years’ experience as project team member and coordinator, plus 3 other years as project leader at an international company. Erika came to Switzerland in August 2022 because of an ERP implementation project, but after all prework had been already done, it has been postponed for an unknown time.

Alexandre Gomes Rodrigues - July 2023

Alexandre Gomes Rodrigues

At 17 Alex had and run his own small business, coordinating all activities from supplier management to hiring and training staff to client acquisition and financial planning. Then he decided to take on new challenges, graduating on a technical training in Chemistry, and a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy in Brazil, pursuing internships in molecular biology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical technology, and cosmetic development.

This was followed by a 3-years hands-on master’s degree in biotechnology in an interdisciplinary project connected to microbiology and nanotechnology at an internationally renowned vaccine-producer institute in Sau Paulo. At that time, he started teaching different languages, which contributed to developed more the presentation skills and intercultural competencies.

On moving to Germany, he pursued a PhD in pharmaceutical technology and moving between Brazil and Germany afterwards while teaching, contributing to different projects and coordinating a scientific book project with a team of scientists across 10 countries and working as a communication instructor for scientific topics and assisting in patent disputes.

Again in the lab, he worked on molecular diagnostics and took a project manager role where he contributed to advance research creation and implementation within the framework of the Horizon Europe project from the European Commission to advance therapies for cancer, HIV, arteriosclerosis, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Lastly, he has been busy with the edition of a new scientific book for a world-class publisher while performing a role as consultant for the life science industry, taking part in regional, continental, and global projects in computerized system validation, data integrity, among others.

Alex enjoys many sports (from winter to summer ones), art, writing (and publishing) poetry, traveling and interculturality. He joined the Swiss Chapter because he will be moving close to Basel and that makes sense, besides, he likes Switzerland a lot

Lugas Raka Adrianto - July 2023

Lugas Raka Adrianto

Raka is a sustainability and environmental specialist with a PhD in environmental engineering from ETH Zurich. He has over eight years of combined academic and industry experience in life cycle assessment (LCA), research and development (R&D)/innovation, project management, and business analysis. He is passionate about accelerating progress in decarbonization and supporting companies as well as society to achieve future climate goals.
During his career, Raka has worked on assessing the technology implications of various industries, ranging from energy, chemicals, and metals to renewables, circular manufacturing, and ICT/electronics. Moving forward, he aims to implement solutions at scale by bringing my background in science and business to collaborative, professional settings.

He joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to expand his professional spheres and find opportunities for collaboration in any overlapping sustainability topics and project-management areas.

Scott Fletcher - July 2023

Scott Fletcher

Scott is an American who has worked in IT since 2000 and lived in London for many years. He moved to Zurich in 2019, where he worked for Google as a senior program manager on improving support of cloud products and bringing a new private-cloud product to market.

Scott has expertise in the fields of digital sovereignty, the technical-support process and CRM software. He enjoys cooking and hiking in the mountains.

Scott joined PMI to help formalize his project-management knowledge and look forward to getting to know others in the field across a range of industries. Scott received his PMP credentials recently.

Panagiotis Alafouzos - June 2023

Panagiotis Alafouzos

Panagiotis works as an Initiative Manager in the Group Risk Technology of UBS in Zurich and has 15 years of experience in project management, program management, and product strategy. He has a proven track record of leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional agile teams in various locations such as Zurich, London, Athens, India, and New York. His project management expertise spans across different industries, including credit risk technology for the banking sector, mobile marketing and advertising technology solutions for agencies and brands, and the delivery of SaaS platforms for lotteries and sports betting operators.

Panagiotis is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and has been certified in Agile methodologies, including Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I). He holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Crete, a Master of Science in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics (LSE), and an M.B.A from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

In his spare time, Panagiotis enjoys snowboarding, biking, reading books, hanging out with friends and running marathons. Panagiotis joined the PMI Switzerland chapter to further engage with the community of project managers, exchange ideas and further explore networking opportunities.

Kévin Jelsch - June 2023

Kévin Jelsch

Kévin holds a master's degree in Mechanical engineering from the French engineering school Polytech'Lille. He spent his last year of studies in Germany (Erasmus semester at RWTH Aachen and internship at Bosch Munich)
After his studies Kévin came back to his home region and started to work at Alten, an engineering consulting company as a design engineer. Now Kévin is working as a project manager at Berry (Muttenz) in the plastic industry

Kévin passed the PMP exam in March and naturally joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter

Kévinis 31 years old; currently live in Saint Louis (France) with his fiancé and they are getting married in July

Richard Rubli - June 2023

Richard Rubli

Richard is a 38 year old Swiss national, born and raised in the Caribbean island of Trinidad & Tobago. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of New Brunswick and a Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering Technician (EEET) from City & Guilds. He is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification and will be sitting the exam in July 2023. His native language is English but has a basic proficiency in both German and Spanish.

With 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Projects and Technical Service of medical devices, Richard is a dynamic professional able to achieve his strategic objectives by incorporating multiple disciplines and skillsets. He is currently employed in the medical division of a publicly traded conglomerate. For 3 years, he was the Service manager responsible for projects in the local healthcare industry including MRI, CT and Cath Lab installations. He is currently the Sales & Marketing manager responsible for the business activities of a Swiss Power Protection brand.

Richard is focused on a long-term career in Project Management and wants to be employed in key sectors including Energy, Manufacturing and Information & Communication Technology. He is a member of the PMI chapters for both the Southern Caribbean and Switzerland. He aims to gain practical knowledge and a network of PMP members from both chapters. His career goals are geared towards practicing Project Management on a global scale. On a personal note, he is a caring family man with a passion for Hard Rock music, Billiards and Fantasy novels.

Anna Blanch Orteu - June 2023

Anna Blanch Orteu

Anna is 31 years old and she is originally from Spain. Anna holds a Bachelor's and a M. Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona. Subsequently, she pursued a Master's in Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation, she relocated to Dallas, Texas, where she dedicated five years of her career working at Webber LLC. An American construction contractor, known for its expertise in heavy civil projects. During her time at Webber LLC, Anna gained experience in construction management, specifically overseeing infrastructure projects, including bridges and highways.

Anna has recently relocated to Lausanne, Switzerland, where she works in the project management of tunnel projects at WSP - BG Consulting Engineers. Alongside her professional endeavors, she is also pursuing an MBA program at Hult International Business School, to deepen her knowledge in various business domains, acquire new skills, and develop a global perspective on business challenges and opportunities.

Anna is an ambitious and observant individual, always eager to learn new things. She focuses on process implementation, fostering team collaboration, and promoting transparent communication to achieve optimal results. Anna loves learning new languages and challenging herself. She speaks Catalan, Spanish, English, and French. She hopes to add Italian and German to her list of spoken languages in the coming years.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys skiing, hiking, travelling, trying new restaurants and she is interested in psychology and people's behaviors.

Anna joined the Swiss chapter of the Project Management Institute to listen to and share experiences that can help her grow as a professional and implement effective strategies at work.

Khatia Mishelashvili - June 2023

Khatia Mishelashvili

Khatia is 29 years old. She did her studies in Journalism, but her career didn't follow her profession.

Khatia has worked in PR management in her first years of study at Tbilisi State University.

Important period of Khatia’s career is connected to an international company, which hired her to lead the projects in the field like Tourism, Movie Production, Investment and Education. Khatia earned all her important skills there, and the company's trust made her believe in herself and to see that nothing is impossible.

Beside her jobs, Khatia used to be a guide for years, which led her to create her own tour agency. It was successfully operating in Georgia, until Khatia moved to Switzerland in 2020.

Khatia really enjoys working on projects, where she was responsible for its success from the beginning to the end.

Seeing the challenging environment in Switzerland, Khatia decided to prove her abilities in project management by obtaining PMP certification.

As Khatia lives in Switzerland, she wants to become a part of the PMI Switzerland chapter, which will help her to stay updated, meet people, gain new connections, follow the Swiss quality demand and share and learn more.

Elisabetta Lazzaroni - May 2023

Elisabetta Lazzaroni

Elisabetta is a Senior strategic Insight leader, with a Master in Statistics and Management combined with solid business understanding and acumen. She has 10+ years of in-depth and proven experience in leading global strategic planning and analytic projects within multicultural matrix structures, supporting marketing, communication and sales teams at prime multinationals and sectors (Pharmaceuticals and Automotive).

Elisabetta is living in Switzerland in 2019 and that's because she is a part of the PMI Switzerland Chapter. Elisabetta loves hiking and skiing, other than going to the lake in summer! She literally loves the Country
