Jean-Luc Ingold - January 2025

Jean Luc Ingold

Jean-Luc Ingold recently started as a project manager and product owner in the utilities industry. Before that, he worked as a software engineer in an agile environment, developing software for particle characterization based on light-scattering technologies.

Jean-Luc is passionate about full-stack software development and has started its career developing software using a waterfall methodology in the field of CNC machines and home automation.

Since 2015, Jean-Luc has been applying the principles, patterns, and practices of software engineering to develop, test, release, maintain, and refactor software. He has significant experience in .NET, object-oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, and software development methodologies. Holding a Ph.D. in Management Science, Jean-Luc has a strong interest in both theory and real-world applications, techniques, and hands-on approaches that make theoretical knowledge useful in professional environments.

Jean-Luc joined the PMI Swiss chapter to expand his network, learn from seasoned project managers, and share his experience with like-minded professionals. Jean-Luc is looking forward to acquiring more practical experience in project management and is working toward obtaining the PMP certification within the next three years.

In his spare time, Jean-Luc loves to spend quality time with his wife and two kids, and to learn more about software engineering and new technologies.

Ashima Saxena - January 2025

Ashima Saxena

Ashima has 20+ years of international experience in project, process and change management with track record of successfully managing and delivering complex global initiatives in Digital Processes Transformation and Core-banking system roll-out within Wealth Management. Her career spans leadership roles in top financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, UBS, and Itaú Private Bank, where she has successfully executed initiatives from regulatory changes (FIDLEG, Global KYC) to client-facing digital solutions. Her versatility also extends to process improvements, such as optimizing client onboarding and payments processes within Wealth Management.

Paula Vignola de Marco

Paula is a Business Development and Project Management professional motivated by challenges and dedicated to empowering both people and businesses. With over a decade of experience—seven of those years in governmental and tourism sectors—she has played a key role in building impactful partnerships across borders, fostering sustainable development, and optimizing strategies in market research, international relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Paula’s mission is to build bridges—transforming distance into connection, fostering relationships that cross geographical and cultural boundaries, and creating value for all involved.
Outside of work, Paula feeds her passion for astrology and stays active by preparing for her next 10 km run. Originally from Brazil, she has a strong affinity for diverse cultures and is driven by a commitment to sustainability and intercultural understanding. Aligning her career with her love for bridging cultures and driving sustainable impact brings her great fulfillment.

Andreas (Andy) Paul - January 2025

Andreas Paul

Andy recently joined the Switzerland PMI Chapter, bringing with him over a decade of expertise in training, digital learning, and project management. With a background that includes seven years in China, Andy has led and contributed to numerous international innovation challenges—such as the Swiss Innovation Challenge, the China Innovation Challenge, and Germany 4.0—all with a strong emphasis on agile project management.

In his new role at Bühler AG’s Project Academy, Andy looks forward to deepening his understanding of PMI methodologies and expanding his leadership skills. Recommended to join PMI by his new company, Andy is eager to learn from the community and explore fresh project management approaches that he can apply within his team.

Previously at Migros, Andy managed educational and digital learning projects, leveraging his multilingual abilities (German, Chinese, English, and some Spanish) to communicate effectively in diverse settings. Originally from Germany, he combines a global perspective with a passion for innovative training solutions.

Andy’s goal is not only to gain insights from PMI Switzerland but also to contribute his expertise in digital learning and training. He is enthusiastic about exchanging ideas with other members and hopes to introduce creative digital learning concepts to the PMI community.

Selen Muzslai - December 2024

Selen Muzslai

Selen is a dynamic Supply Chain Leader with over 20 years of experience in Logistics, Supply and Demand Planning, Procurement, and Lean Six Sigma. An industrial engineer by background, she is passionate about continuous improvement and driving change. In February 2015, she relocated to Switzerland to contribute to the newly formed Supply Chain Center of Expertise in Canton Bern, where she continues to enjoy living.

Throughout her career, Selen has been dedicated to transforming operations for improved efficiency and service. She thrives in cross-functional, multicultural teams and excels in engaging stakeholders within matrix organizations. Recently, she led a strategic project involving the separation of a control tower as part of a corporate spin-off. This global project management experience has reinforced her ambition to pursue further growth in project and program management. After successfully delivering this project, Selen is now seeking new challenges in fast-paced environments where she can continue driving transformational change using her deep expertise in Logistics and End-to-End Supply Chain Operations.

Selen has joined the PMI Swiss chapter as she prepares for her PMP certification. She looks forward to participating in PMI activities, connecting with peers from around the world, and expanding her knowledge through continued learning opportunities.

In her personal life, Selen feels most connected to the sea. She loves swimming, snorkelling, sailing, and indulging in Mediterranean cuisine. Her travels to exotic locations fuel her passion for new cultures and refresh her perspective. She also enjoys the natural beauty of Switzerland by hiking, forest bathing and snowshoeing.
