PMI Switzerland is powered by many passionate people, who dedicate their time, ideas and energy for the chapter.

Chapter Board
Our Chapter's board is responsible to:
- Lead the way we are performing our activities.
- Establish strategy for each departments.
- Synchronize activities across the different teams.
- Communicate regularly on our strategy.
Find below the volunteers that were elected / appointed into the board of 2025, listed in the sequence in which they joined the board.

Senior project manager at Swiss Re, joined the chapter via SCNG in 2022. Passionate about social impact, she leads initiatives that drive meaningful change and fosters strong partnerships within the project management community.

Joined the chapter in 2015, supporting volunteers through the setup and management of core digital tools, including email systems, shared drives, and the chapter’s website. Over the next 10 years, led the structuring and evolution of these platforms into a coherent, reliable digital ecosystem serving the entire organization.
In 2026, will head the Communications Department, rolling out a more ambitious and results-driven strategy to strengthen visibility, engagement, and digital presence.

One of the founding members of the chapter and a volunteer since more than 20 years.
Martin had many roles in the chapter, including board member and president in the past, and is now back in the chapter board.

Konstantinos joined PMI Switzerland in 2020, beginning his volunteering journey with the Technology Department for a brief period. In 2023, he returned to contribute to the Finance Department, supporting the preparation of financial reports and coordinating the audit process.

Volunteer since 2019 in events team, bringing knowledge sharing and networking opportunities to the community of project professionals. Fostering creativity and collaboration on all levels - from Chapter Volunteer to Chapter President and now VP Professional Development.

I bring professional expertise, long-standing PMI commitment and passion for people-centered leadership. Known for my communication skills, active listening and ability to build trust, I connect people and create an environment where teams can thrive. My vision is to continue shaping PMI Switzerland as a hub for collaboration, knowledge-sharing and professional growth -helping project managers not only deliver business results but also drive positive change in society.

I am committed to creating a meaningful impact for chapter members and volunteers by enhancing engagement, retention, and community growth. Through high-value events and learning opportunities, I will strengthen connections and support professional development across PMI Switzerland and the Project Management community. Drawing on my background in event management and product development, I plan to introduce innovative formats, expand partnerships, and foster an inclusive environment.
Elections Committee
The Elections Committee is a semi-autonomous body elected by the Chapter members.
It is responsible to manage the elections process in accordance with the Chapter Bylaws and the Nominations & Elections Policy.


Financial Auditors Committee
The Audit Committee is a semi-autonomous body elected by the Chapter members.
It is responsible for semi-annual and ad-hoc audit reviews to ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place, to support the management of income and expenditure and the preparation of periodic financial reports which will be presented to the members at the Annual Members Meeting.


Chapter Advisory Board
The Chapter Advisory Board (CAB) is a semi-autonomous committee of former board members which advise and support the chapter in governance matters and in the case of ethics complaints or conflicts. It is governed by the Chapter Advisory Board Policy.



Appointed Chapter Officers
Chapter Volunteers can be designated by the Board as Appointed Chapter Officers. They act on behalf of the Board, i.e. by leading key projects, initiatives, committees and/or task forces. Appointed Chapter Officers report to the Board, but do not have voting rights for Board decisions.
