At some point in all of our lives, we cross paths with a mentor, or wish we had, for they hold the power to transform our journey and guide us toward the future we never imagined.

Give value to your experience, share it!

"I think the most important thing is to have someone who can teach you, guide you, and give you confidence, and I think that’s what a mentor does.”

Serena Williams

How it works

The PMI Switzerland Mentoring Program is part of PMI’s mission to deliver personal and professional growth to our members. Our goal is to connect experienced project managers with those eager to learn and grow in the field.

  • The program pairs mentees with experienced mentors from diverse backgrounds, creating an opportunity to learn from each other’s expertise.
  • The program is open on a cohort basis from 15 January 2026 to 1 March 2026. The mentoring period runs from 1  April , 2026 to 1 December , 2026.
  • Mentorship typically includes 2 hours of one-to-one sessions per month, within that time frame, requiring a minimum commitment of 12 hours.

Empowering Experience

The mentorship program is a great learning opportunity for both mentors and mentees.

  • Mentees can gain from their seasoned partners skillful management and artful leadership.
