PMI Switzerland Mentoring Program

At some point in all of our lives, we cross paths with a mentor, or wish we had, for they hold the power to transform our journey and guide us toward the future we never imagined.
Give value to your experience, share it!
"I think the most important thing is to have someone who can teach you, guide you, and give you confidence, and I think that’s what a mentor does.”
Serena Williams
How it works
The PMI Switzerland Mentoring Program is part of PMI’s mission to deliver personal and professional growth to our members. Our goal is to connect experienced project managers with those eager to learn and grow in the field.
- The program pairs mentees with experienced mentors from diverse backgrounds, creating an opportunity to learn from each other’s expertise.
- Mentorship typically lasts 6-12 months, with 2 hours one-to-one per month.
Empowering Experience
The mentorship program is a great learning opportunity for both mentors and mentees.
- Mentees can gain from their seasoned partners skillful management and artful leadership.
