Mona Stockhecke

Dr. Mona Stockhecke is a strategic and impact-driven project leader with a strong background in geoscience and digital transformation. Over the past five years, Mona played a pivotal role at Nagra, Switzerland’s national organization for radioactive waste management. She led initiatives ranging from 24/7 geological field operations and AI innovation to stakeholder management with nuclear regulators and the development of Switzerland’s first digital general licence application.

Currently, Mona is transitioning into her next professional chapter. While she is temporarily consulting through her own venture, Stockhecke Solutions, she is actively seeking a new long-term role where she can contribute her expertise in digital transformation, AI, and strategic project and change management. She joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to connect with a like-minded community of project leaders, exchange insights, and continue growing within Switzerland’s dynamic project management landscape.

Outside of work, Mona is a passionate endurance athlete and certified running coach. She has completed numerous marathons, including a personal best of 2:31 and a victory at the Zürich Marathon. These experiences fuel her resilience and strategic mindset—both in sport and in leadership.

Michael Szostak - July 2025

Michael Szostak

Michael Szostak brings a wealth of expertise across multiple disciplines, including project management, the Scaled Agile Framework, chemical and systems engineering, risk management, and requirements engineering. His professional journey spans several industries—chemical engineering, aerospace, and life sciences—where he has consistently contributed to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Currently serving as a Development Engineer for barcode reader systems, Michael plays a key role in advancing medical device technologies. His experience also includes the development of compressed air, oxygen, and vacuum systems used in air ambulances—critical components that support life-saving operations in emergency medical services.

Michael’s decision to join the PMI Switzerland Chapter stems from a strong desire to deepen his knowledge of project management, enhance his skills, and grow within a community of like-minded professionals. He is currently preparing to take the PMP exam within the next one to two months, a milestone that reflects his commitment to continuous improvement and career advancement.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Michael is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys skiing, hiking, and swimming—even during the winter months—demonstrating the same resilience and passion in his personal life that he brings to his work.

Suhasini Ganapathy

With over 15 years of experience at Ernst & Young, Suhasini Ganapathy has built a distinguished career leading global and cross-functional initiatives. Her expertise spans tax, finance, strategy, transformation, and technology. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed numerous multi-million-dollar projects and programs, including global business transformations aimed at enhancing service management models, digitizing learning and development programs, and implementing large-scale technology rollouts for service delivery and internal reporting. She has also played a pivotal role in developing global business reporting and analytics solutions.

Beyond her technical and strategic accomplishments, Suhasini is deeply passionate about leadership. She is known for her commitment to coaching and mentoring her teams—not only to achieve business goals but also to cultivate resilient mindsets and strong, purpose-driven career paths.

Recently, Suhasini has immersed herself in the study of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on its impact on businesses and individuals. She is particularly interested in the governance frameworks that ensure responsible and ethical AI throughout its lifecycle—from development to adoption.

Valerii Kupriianov - June 2025

Valerii Kupriianov

Valerii brings an impressive 28 years of experience in international fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, having held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. For the past 20 years, he has specialized in investment project management, demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.

In his most recent role as Head of the Project Group, Valerii led a team of 24 engineers and designers, overseeing complex projects that spanned the full lifecycle of new product development. His expertise includes end-to-end management—from initial ideation to the establishment of product and production processes. He has successfully managed the construction of new production facilities and the planning and implementation of advanced technological processes, all while applying rigorous project management methodologies.

Valerii has also been a pioneer in integrating LEAN tools into investment project management. His innovative approach has not only enhanced efficiency within his own projects but has also influenced best practices across the broader FMCG market.

Academically, Valerii holds two Master’s degrees: one in Mathematics with a specialization in the mechanics of deformable solids, and another in Food Process Engineering. His strong technical foundation complements his strategic leadership in project execution.

Beyond his professional achievements, Valerii has contributed to the academic community by volunteering as a project management instructor at local universities, equipping students with essential skills for their future careers.

Currently, Valerii serves as a Project Manager at Factory Experts International AG in Switzerland, where he leads funded projects across Europe. His passion for project management continues to drive him forward, and he is currently preparing to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Andrew Duck - June 2025

Andrew Duck

Andrew Duck is a seasoned project management professional with a robust background in leading international projects across diverse industries, including aerospace and technology. Andrew has demonstrated his expertise through his impactful roles at renowned organizations such as Leonardo and Airbus.

Currently, Andrew is contributing to the Eurofighter Typhoon program, one of Europe’s most significant defence collaborations. In this role, he is responsible for managing complex, high-value projects that involve cutting-edge technologies and multinational partnerships. His work ensures the delivery of quality and performance within this critical military aircraft initiative.
