Marion Nykolyszyn - December 2025

Marion NYKOLYSZYN

Marion is driven by the challenge of designing and delivering seamless transport experiences for large-scale international sporting events, where operational precision and human experience must work hand in hand. With a background in Air Transport Engineering and more than eight years of professional experience, she thrives at the intersection of technical planning, mobility strategy, and onsite operations.

As an Event Transport Manager and Consultant, Marion has led and supported transport operations for major competitions such as the Olympic Games and UEFA finals. Her work spans the entire lifecycle of event delivery—from service design, simulations, and resource planning to venue operations, stakeholder coordination, and client management. She is particularly passionate about transforming complex mobility challenges into efficient, user-focused transport services for diverse target groups in high-pressure environments.

Marion’s career began in aviation operational readiness, later evolving into event logistics and mobility, where she discovered a unique balance between engineering rigor and real-time decision-making. She joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to connect with fellow project leaders who navigate complexity, multicultural collaboration, and fast-paced delivery with structure and agility. She is especially interested in sharing and learning about project leadership in dynamic and temporary ecosystems such as events.

Originally from France and now based in Zurich, Marion enjoys working in international, multilingual environments and believes that strong coordination and emotional intelligence are as vital as technical expertise. In her free time, she is inspired by sports, travel, and outdoor activities, which mirror the spirit of global events she contributes to.
