Dr. Mona Stockhecke is a strategic and impact-driven project leader with a strong background in geoscience and digital transformation. Over the past five years, Mona played a pivotal role at Nagra, Switzerland’s national organization for radioactive waste management. She led initiatives ranging from 24/7 geological field operations and AI innovation to stakeholder management with nuclear regulators and the development of Switzerland’s first digital general licence application.
Currently, Mona is transitioning into her next professional chapter. While she is temporarily consulting through her own venture, Stockhecke Solutions, she is actively seeking a new long-term role where she can contribute her expertise in digital transformation, AI, and strategic project and change management. She joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to connect with a like-minded community of project leaders, exchange insights, and continue growing within Switzerland’s dynamic project management landscape.
Outside of work, Mona is a passionate endurance athlete and certified running coach. She has completed numerous marathons, including a personal best of 2:31 and a victory at the Zürich Marathon. These experiences fuel her resilience and strategic mindset—both in sport and in leadership.
She looks forward to connecting with fellow members and contributing to the chapter’s continued success.
