Dione Sharon Epie

Dione Sharon is a Project Management Professional with 6 years of experience in the development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian program sectors. She currently works as a Grants and Partnership Officer for an International NGO, ensuring stakeholder management, business development, and the organization’s grants oversight including grants from the Swedish Development Corporation, USAID, and the EU among others. Dione previously worked as an International NGO Forum Coordination Officer, supporting coordination and collaboration among 23 International Organizations in Cameroon.

Between 2019 and 2022, Sharon worked as a volunteer and later, as the Project Manager for the organization Local Youth Corner Cameroon (LOYOC). While in this position, she managed 15 projects, including the Swiss government-funded youth mediation program in Cameroon through Swisspeace.

Sharon holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a BSc in Political Science. She is Certified in Disaster Risk and Humanitarian Management from the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa and is an alumnus of the Atlas Corp-Hilton Humanitarian Leadership Program, the Young African Leaders Initiative by USAID.

Sharon enjoys listening to podcasts, traveling, event planning, and art. She is a lifelong learner, passionate, and committed to supporting collaboration and partnership for sustainable development.

Sharon Joined the Switzerland PMI Chapter in 2024, to learn new perspectives from the global platform of project managers, connect, and contribute to the chapter’s overall ambitions.

Weiwei Jonsson - March 2024

Weiwei Jonsson

With over a decade of professional experience across diverse industries and locations, Weiwei boasts a robust foundation in supply chain management. Her role as a project manager for strategic and intricate projects prompted her pursuit of the PMP certification to enhance her knowledge and embrace industry best practices.

Based in Zug, she has become an active member of the PMI Switzerland Chapter, aiming to forge connections and broaden her professional circle within the Zurich/Zug/Luzern area.

Antonia Cameron - March 2024

Antonia Cameron

Antonia Cameron is a finance professional and has been living in Switzerland since 2007. She is currently working as a Senior Finance Transformation ERP Manager in GE Vernova’s Steam Power Business in Baden and greatly enjoying the project management aspect of the job. Prior to branching out into finance transformation projects work, Antonia has worked in global finance planning and analysis as well as finance operations roles in various industries both in Switzerland and in the US. She holds an MBA from Herbert Business School at University of Miami, FL.

Antonia is an active member of the Women’s Network at GE, a recent volunteer at the GE Vernova Disability Advocacy Network and an avid promoter of Working Out Loud® (nothing to do with sports, WOL® is a generosity and growth mindset peer learning method).

To certify her practical project management experience from the past five years, Antonia decided to apply for the PMP certification and successfully completed the exam in December 2023. With joining the PMI Switzerland Chapter Antonia is motivated to broaden her network in pursuit of personal and professional development opportunities as well as to find ways to give back to the community.

Alexandre Sahlia - February 2024

Alexandre Sahlia

Alexandre Sahlia is a dual citizen, Tunisian and French, and has been living in Switzerland for 18 years. He is currently the Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain Strategy & Programs at Adidas in Lucerne. Alexandre has worked in Supply Chain for FMCG, Healthcare and Medical Device companies at both regional and global levels. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Management and Business Economics from HEC Montreal.

Experienced volunteer, as he was a board member of CSCMP-Switzerland, a non-profit association for Supply Chain Management Professionals. As Vice President of Programs, he provided a forum in the supply chain community to connect professionals within Switzerland, as well as internationally. In his spare time, Alexandre enjoys Mountain Biking, Paddle Boarding and Trail running.

Alexandre joined the PMI Swiss Chapter to network with peers, learn from other project managers, and participate in events organization.

Patrick Cancedda - February 2024

Patrick Cancedda

Patrick was born in St.Gallen in 1988 because his Italian parents worked there. In 1992, together with his parents, he returned to Sardinia, Italy, where he grew up and achieved his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Patrick started his IT career in 2015, joining Accenture Technology Solutions as a Junior developer. Performing and improving his skills, Patrick joined the Salesforce CRM world, becoming a senior profile. Then, when he moved to Milan and joined Atos, Patrick started as a Tech Lead, and then he took the Project & People Manager path. Patrick has always been fascinated by project management and all the integrations required to bring up a project correctly. During his Atos time, Patrick joined and achieved an executive master's certificate at the 24Business School, focused on Project Management. Finally, in 2022, he realised his desire to return to Switzerland, moving from Milan to Zürich with his partner Marzia.

This month Patrick successfully completed the PMP exam, and he is very happy because it has been a long journey.

Patrick focused his entire career on IT, especially in CRM processes, mainly with Salesforce, working and managing Sales and Service projects. Patrick defines himself as a Hybrid Project Manager because he has a solid technical background from his Tech past. It allows Patrick to join a meeting and better understand not only the business side, but also what is necessary behind a stakeholder's needs.

Patrick joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to expand his network, improve his project management skills, hear other experiences, and see different points of view.

Patrick is a curious person, and he loves technology and learning new things. In his spare time Patrick enjoys F1, football, and watching ice hockey matches. He loves travelling with his partner, discovering new cultures, and seeing new escapes.
