Vincent Defalque

Vincent is a Belgian national, working at Breitling as a Business Performance and KPI Project Manager in Granges, Switzerland. He holds a master’s degree from EPFL in chemical engineering, as well as masters in Biotechnology and Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Vincent has 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects within multinational companies, including Rolex and Novartis. He obtained his PMI certification in December 2023.

In his free time, Vincent enjoys scuba diving, participating in endurance running races, football, tennis, skiing and playing violin.

Mariia Fufaieva - April 2024

Mariia Fufaieva

Originally from Ukraine, Mariia has been calling Cham home since February 2023. With a rich background in administrative support, attained through working within diverse sectors, at NGOs, Government, and Intergovernmental Organizations, Mariia has also delved into the corporate world with a two-year stint at SAP in global finance. She is currently working in EULAR (Zurich) as a Communication and Communities Assistant.

Having worked in Ukraine and the Czech Republic, Mariia possesses a broad understanding of different cultures and work environments, enriching her professional journey. Armed with a PRINCE2 Foundation certification, Mariia has actively participated in planning and implementing projects within SAP, demonstrating her keen interest and aptitude for project management.

Driven by a desire to excel in project management, Mariia has recently become a member of the Project Management Institute, aiming to enhance her skills, gain valuable experience through volunteering, and expand her professional network.
Beyond the realm of work, Mariia finds joy in reading, baking, hiking, and the rhythmic movements of bachata dancing ("embodying a holistic approach to life and well-being.")

Felicia Strüber - April 2024

Felicia Strüber

Felicia, a German citizen, originally from Frankfurt am Main, has been living in Switzerland for more than 9 years, the last year of which in Basel. 

She is the Customer Success Manager at Parm AG in Kreuzlingen, a company developing project management software. Her career began as an financial markets auditor at EY, progressing to roles such as Business Analyst and Project Manager at Swatec, developing fee management software for Fonds in Asset Management (Financial Industry). Thereafter, Felicia moved to Frankfurt for three and a half years, where she for Urban Science, a company producing automotive industry software.

Having gained many insights across different companies, and gained experience across projects (from small to large-scale), she possesses a good understanding of struggles within Project Management. This knowledge helps Felicia greatly in her role, in developing the best fit for their project management software solutions.

Her hobbies include sailing, spending time in nature (whenever she has the time), and growing and cooking her own food.

Felicia is looking forward to connecting with the PMI Switzerland Chapter members, and gaining greater insight into the PMI network, as she would like to acquire a PMP certification this year.

Valentin Dal Zotto - April 2024

Valentin DAL ZOTTO

Valentin Dal Zotto was born and raised in Nyon, in the French part of Switzerland. He is currently Junior Project Manager in Risk & Compliance Management at Pictet, a private bank in Geneva, where he started a two-years Graduate Program in 2023. He holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation and an additional certificate in Managing Climate Solutions from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

He has over 4 years’ experience in project management thanks to his active involvement in oikos St. Gallen and oikos International, a student organization promoting sustainability in business and economics. As project members for several projects and Head of two teams of 4-6 people, he significantly contributed to the successful completion of purposeful projects, such as fostering the synergies between oikos St. Gallen teams and oikos International as well as the elaboration of a Framework for Climate Neutral events. In parallel to his volunteering experience, he completed two internships in Germany and Switzerland, respectively as Intern in Business Development and as intern Project Management Officer.

In his spare time, Valentin enjoys sports, such as football, climbing, skiing, and diving, but also learning more about NextGen topics, such as sustainability (sustainable finance, circular economy, sustainable innovation), purposeful leadership (values-driven, purpose-driven, coaching, etc.) and mindfulness (self-reflection, self-development, meditation).

Valentin joined the PMI Swiss Chapter to network with other project managers, learn best practices, and become a purposeful and effective leader.

Dione Sharon Epie - March 2024

Dione Sharon Epie

Dione Sharon is a Project Management Professional with 6 years of experience in the development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian program sectors. She currently works as a Grants and Partnership Officer for an International NGO, ensuring stakeholder management, business development, and the organization’s grants oversight including grants from the Swedish Development Corporation, USAID, and the EU among others. Dione previously worked as an International NGO Forum Coordination Officer, supporting coordination and collaboration among 23 International Organizations in Cameroon.

Between 2019 and 2022, Sharon worked as a volunteer and later, as the Project Manager for the organization Local Youth Corner Cameroon (LOYOC). While in this position, she managed 15 projects, including the Swiss government-funded youth mediation program in Cameroon through Swisspeace.

Sharon holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a BSc in Political Science. She is Certified in Disaster Risk and Humanitarian Management from the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa and is an alumnus of the Atlas Corp-Hilton Humanitarian Leadership Program, the Young African Leaders Initiative by USAID.

Sharon enjoys listening to podcasts, traveling, event planning, and art. She is a lifelong learner, passionate, and committed to supporting collaboration and partnership for sustainable development.

Sharon Joined the Switzerland PMI Chapter in 2024, to learn new perspectives from the global platform of project managers, connect, and contribute to the chapter’s overall ambitions.
