Nicolas Bravo

Nicolas is originally from France (Bordeaux). He moved to Switzerland with his wife in 2021 and is living in Echichens (Vaud).

He is an engineer with 11 years of work experience mainly in the Power Generation and Conversion, within General Electric. During his career, he has held different positions, from automation engineer to project manager, commissioning or test and validation engineer. Nicolas graduated from an engineering school in production systems engineering and he has a master's degree in mechatronics

Nicolas appreciates working within different environments, learning new skills and building various experiences. This is the ground base for high adaptability and agility.

In his spare time Nicolas takes care of his 2 year old son Clément.

He joined the Swiss chapter of the PMI to broaden his Project Management skills and take the opportunity to have some interesting conversations with project management peers.

Nicolás Nemirovsky - December 2024

Nicolás Nemirovsky

Nicolás Nemirovsky studied Electronics Engineering in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He broadened his knowledge in science and technology when he obtained a doctorate focused on biomechanics and control in the Netherlands. He worked in the semiconductor industry there but returned later to Argentina for family reasons, where he became a University Professor while also becoming an entrepreneur. After a few years he moved to Edinburgh and started working in the aerospace industry. In 2021 he relocated to Switzerland, where he once again works in the semiconductor industry.

Nicolás specializes in multidisciplinary systems engineering and engineering management, and holds openness, continuous learning and growth as the key to being productive and efficient.

Professionally, he takes no greater pleasure than in creating order from chaos. Personally, he believes that travelling outside the comfort zone can create chaos in the mind, but the growth that comes with that is indeed the greatest pleasure.

Arnaud Deny - December 2024

Arnaud Deny

Arnaud is a certified PMP and ACP, with additional credentials as a Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO). Recently, he has been focused on leading digital transformation initiatives, successfully launching new services in both education and capital markets. With experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Arnaud works closely with cross-functional teams in complex settings, ensuring to bridge project and product management to achieve meaningful results.

Over the years, Arnaud has had the chance to work with both startups and large corporations, managing global rollouts of banking and trading platforms, guiding innovative product launches, and driving strategic initiatives. His work has taken him across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, and his ability to speak five languages has been an asset in these multicultural settings.

His expertise spans end-to-end operations, from payments and cash management to futures trading, risk management, asset management, and corporate and retail banking. Career highlights include projects with Société Générale, BRED Banque Populaire, BNP Paribas, Natixis, Capgemini, and Axia Futures.

Having recently moved to Switzerland, Arnaud is excited to explore new career opportunities and expand his professional network within the local project management community.

Sébastien Garel - November 2024

Sébastien garel

Sébastien is particularly enthusiastic about expanding his knowledge through the various learning platforms, as well as contributing to discussions and collaborating to grow within this dynamic field while also sharing his own experience is something he values greatly.

Sébastien has been an Operation Director in the chemical industry for 6 years now. He supports the company in integrating sustainable practices into their operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and responsible resource management. His role is to supervise all operations and projects to ensure maximum efficiency and perfect execution of processes.

Outside of work, Sébastien continues to feed his passion for sport and culture. He is also a strong advocate of nature and environmental conservation.
For Sébastien, linking his career to his passion for the planet would be a great source of fulfillment.

Sébastien’s motivation to join the community of Switzerland PMI Chapter, especially in connection with the specialization of operations director, a role that deeply passionate him, is for Sébastien is an unique opportunity to exchange ideas and strategies with other professionals who share this passion for execution and project management.

One of the key competencies of Sébastien’s role is managing complex projects. Whether it’s to coordinate multiple teams, ensure on-time delivery, or manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Process optimization and risk management are the other two areas of his daily life, whether they are related to project management or external variables and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Kirill Klimov

With over 20 years of experience in digital product development, Kirill can coach and mentor both teams and individuals.

Originally from Ukraine, Kirill has also lived in Singapore and now resides in Lausanne. His focus is on evolutionary improvements, team management, enhancing work practices, and utilizing data for continuous growth.

Kirill has been a PMP since 2010 and PMI-ACP since 2012. Kirill joined the Swiss chapter to connect with new professionals in the field, collaborate, and learn.
