Mamoune is a certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an MSc in Production and Lean Management. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, specializing in project management, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering. Throughout his career, he has held roles such as Lean Manager, Quality Engineer, Industrialization Engineer, and Project Manager, successfully leading transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

Passionate about business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation, Mamoune leverages BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making. He is also highly interested in blockchain technology and its potential applications in project management and supply chain optimization.

In 2025, Mamoune joined PMIstandards+ as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Volunteer, contributing high-quality content to help project managers apply PMI standards in real-world scenarios.
