David Bornet is an engineer and international project manager specializing in biometrics and large-scale government projects. He has led the development and deployment of systems for biometric ID cards, driving licenses, border control, and visa applications, collaborating with key stakeholders, partners, and government agencies to deliver secure and impactful solutions.

David holds an engineering degree in microtechnology from EPFL in Switzerland and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). He speaks French, German, and English.

Outside of work, David enjoys doing sports and exploring the mountains.

Christie Bacal-Mayencourt - April 2025

Christie Bacal Mayencourt

Christie Bacal-Mayencourt is an experienced professional specializing in policy advocacy for rights-based accountability systems and project management in the international development and humanitarian sectors. She has been working within the United Nations system for 13 years, across various countries in three continental regions. Christie is a lawyer by training and a qualified attorney in the Philippines, holding an LL.M Master of Laws in International Law from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University.

Over the years, Christie has developed a particular interest in managing projects that strengthen multi-sectoral partnerships and data governance in multilateral systems, impacting the most vulnerable people in the world.

She joined PMI Switzerland to further her professional knowledge through their learning events, complement her journey for PMP certification, and network with like-minded individuals.

Currently, Christie works as an independent consultant for one of the UN agencies while building the portfolio of Swissento Expert Consulting, which she co-founded. She has special interests in international affairs, artificial intelligence (AI) safety and governance, nature conservation, and private impact investing.

Mamoune Tall - April 2025

Mamoune TALL

Mamoune is a certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an MSc in Production and Lean Management. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, specializing in project management, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering. Throughout his career, he has held roles such as Lean Manager, Quality Engineer, Industrialization Engineer, and Project Manager, successfully leading transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

Passionate about business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation, Mamoune leverages BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making. He is also highly interested in blockchain technology and its potential applications in project management and supply chain optimization.

In 2025, Mamoune joined PMIstandards+ as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Volunteer, contributing high-quality content to help project managers apply PMI standards in real-world scenarios. He is also a member of PMI France, further strengthening his engagement with the global project management community.

Mamoune joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to expand his professional network, exchange knowledge with fellow project managers, and contribute to the community through volunteering.
