Nicolas Bensse

Nicolas Bensse is a Project and Program Manager with more than ten years of experience in the aviation industry, gained across both France and Switzerland. He began his project management career within the Safran Group, where he led technical projects and contributed to the development of avionic systems in the Toulouse and Paris regions.

Over time, Nicolas transitioned into more cross functional and strategic roles. He currently works as a Program Manager at H55 in Sion, a start up specializing in electric propulsion systems for aviation. In this role, he manages a broad range of initiatives covering technical development, business development, marketing and communications, as well as sales and customer relationships.

Nicolas is particularly interested in transformation projects and is continuously developing his skills in AI driven initiatives, exploring how emerging technologies are shaping the future of project and program management.

His motivation for joining the PMI Switzerland Chapter includes expanding his professional network, exchanging best practices across industries, and promoting the role of project management in Switzerland.

Florian Gioffredi - March 2026

Florian Gioffredi

Florian Gioffredi is currently Bid Manager for aircraft modification and aviation sustainment programs.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management, complemented by a separate one in International Political Sciences. With professional experiences in both the automotive and aerospace sectors, Florian has gained experience with major industry players in different locations, where his roles have supported processes ranging from initial design phases through to serial production oversight.

Based in Basel, Florian joined the Switzerland’s Chapter to learn from and exchange with other members.

Antonia Fatsea - March 2026

Antonia Fatsea1

Antonia Fatsea recently joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter and is enthusiastic about becoming an active part of the community. As she is currently relocating to Switzerland, she is eager to connect with the local project management ecosystem and contribute to the Chapter’s continued growth.

Antonia is a mathematician and currently serves as Head of Core Business Operations and Business Development Lead. Her expertise includes business development, operational excellence, and project coordination, with a strong focus on scaling digital agencies and optimizing cross functional workflows.

She is an active member of PMI Greece and a Board Member of IPMA Greece, demonstrating her strong commitment to the project management profession. Through PMI Switzerland, she aims to integrate into the Swiss PM community, exchange international best practices, and explore new professional opportunities.

Outside of work, Antonia is passionate about project management coaching and mentoring emerging leaders. She is also an avid language learner, currently improving her German (B1) and Chinese (HSK2), and enjoys speaking at business events and international podcasts. She has a keen interest in how data science and AI can enhance project delivery.

Anna Tymoshenko

Anna Tymoshenko is a Project Manager and Business Analyst with over ten years of experience across the IT, R&D, and manufacturing sectors. She currently works as a Senior Project Manager for Data Analytics at a marketing company in Dornbirn, Austria. Although based in Vorarlberg, she spends a significant amount of time in Switzerland and is keen to connect with professionals across the country, which motivated her to join the PMI Switzerland Chapter.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Anna moved to the region driven by her strong connection to nature and the mountains. She spends most of her free time outdoors, whether hiking, enjoying seasonal sports, or simply relaxing while taking in scenic views. In addition to her love for nature, she is an enthusiastic motorcyclist and has recently discovered a passion for sailing.

Tom Pulver

Tom Pulver is a senior project, transformation, and operations leader with extensive international experience across Europe and Asia. Over the years, he has led cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and organizational development, with a strong focus on process improvement, team enablement, and sustainable business outcomes. Today, he supports organizations in Switzerland through project leadership, advisory work, and transformation initiatives.

He joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to stay connected with a strong professional community, continue developing his project management practice, and contribute to the broader dialogue on modern leadership—particularly in the context of digitalization, AI, and evolving ways of working.
