Kindy Sylla

Kindy Sylla is a Project Manager and Business Analyst with progressive working experience in telecommunications, banking and IT services spanning public and private sectors.

She started her career in Montréal, Canada as Java Developer and then as C++ System Designer in the telecommunications industry. Later, she joined the banking industry and worked as business analyst, project manager and head of IT Department in Benin and Guinea.

She is passionate about handbags and has founded SYBA Designs, a startup specialized in designing and selling contemporary ethical bags.

She has worked and lived in Africa, America, Asia and Europe. Since 2017, she has been living in Founex , Vaud. She is now looking for a job opportunity. She is open minded and would love to meet others project managers.

Dr. Jessica Hähn - October 2020

Jessica Hähn

Jessica is originally from Brazil where she studied chemical engineering and worked for several R&D projects and in the supply chain department of a big FMCG company. Her passion for innovation and sustainability led her to pursue a master and a PhD in France in chemical engineering with a focus on environmental management.

Today Jessica works as a production improvement engineer for a Dutch chemical company located in the canton of Valais/Wallis. She is currently preparing for taking her PMP certification and taking further training in Lean Six Sigma.

In her free time, Jessica likes going on bike tours and hikes around Switzerland with her husband, going out with friends and spending time with her family-in-law in Austria. She also loves traveling around the world and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Alexandre Broche - September 2020

Alexandre Broche

Alex is currently the head of the HVAC and automation department at Amstein + Walthert in Geneva. He holds a master’s in engineering degree from Arts et Métiers Paristech, a MBA from IAE Lyon and a postgraduate diploma in pharmaceutical engineering from Manchester University.


Alex had been a project engineer in Cooling and Ventilation at CERN for 8 years where he worked during the design of the CV equipment for the CERN's High Luminosity-LHC project from 2016 to 2019. He also worked at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands and at AstraZeneca in England.


Alex is looking forward to meeting other project managers. He enjoys learning new skills and would like to get some of the lean six sigma belts. Alex is delighted to join the PMI family.

Marie Lys - September 2020

Marie Lys

Marie is a R&D Project Manager at Nestlé Research (Lausanne, Switzerland). She has a scientific background in biology with a PhD in Metabolic Health (Paris, France). While passionate of science, Marie has decided in 2017 to move to project management where she applies her positive and pragmatic mindset together with PM skills to applicated R&D projects to maintain or improve a healthy life.

She recently decided to undertake the PMP examination and is now a certified Project Manager.

Marco Chiletti - September 2020

Marco Chiletti

Marco is 33 years old and since 5 years he is working as a project manager in the industry of building materials. Within the company, he is responsible for the development of engineering infrastructures like production plants, manufacturing units, warehouses and offices. He is based in Italy and has driven projects in India, Poland and Italy.

Marco has a curious and determined personality and he is focused at his own professional and personal development. For this reason, he is constantly looking for something new to learn and for the possibility to create a strong network of professionals to share and learn from.

He holds an MSc in Engineering for Environmental Sustainability and obtained the PMP certification in June 2019.

Marco joined the Swiss chapter to enhance his international exposure and to get insights on how other project managers work. Marco is currently participating at the mentoring program, promoted by the Swiss Chapter, as a mentee.

During his free time, he likes to play sports for well-being, reading books and most of all travelling. He gets really excited when he can meet new cultures to share different habits and points of view.

Sofiene Djennane - September 2020

Sofiene Djennane

Sofiene has13 years of international experience in both consulting and corporate environments. Specialized in project management his expertise includes extensive knowledge on both technical and functional knowledge on SAP ERP (FI, CO, MM, SD, T&E and ABAP) as well as e-commerce systems (shop machine & CS cart).


Sofiene lives in Switzerland since 2017 and he operates @ SOPRA STERIA as Head of SAP for the French speaking part of Switzerland.

Francesco Casalegno - September 2020

Francesco Casalegno

Francesco Casalegno is an engineer and project manager with years of experience in the IT field, with a particular focus on machine learning and data science projects.

He holds a MS degree in Applied Mathematics from the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and he has completed successful projects for several research, transnational and industrial applications.

In the Swiss Chapter of PMI, Francesco hopes to find other people willing to share their experiences and knowledge on project management. Francesco speaks fluently Italian, French, and English, and he is looking forward to discuss with colleagues in any of these languages.

Katarzyna Dabek - August 2020

Katarzyna Dabek

Katarzyna is a project manager with 13 years of experience in banking and insurance industries with a strong management consulting background.

She works as a senior business project manager at Credit Suisse and is responsible for making a new legal entity operational and ensuring continuity of critical services in case of a resolution. In her previous role within the bank, she delivered change initiatives in finance department. Prior to that, she worked as a management consultant at PwC and KPMG.

Katarzyna holds a master’s degree in international financial management. Apart from PMP obtained in April 2020, she is a certified Prince2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Her motivation to join the Swiss chapter is to meet interesting people and exchange on the recent trends in project management.

On a personal note, Katarzyna originally comes from Poland and has been living in Zurich for over 8 years. In her free time, she likes to organize business networking and charity events. She is an avid world traveller, enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and other outdoor sports.

Ali Ben Ayed - August 2020

Ali Ben Ayed

Passionate about innovation, new analytical technics and the human interaction with technology, Ali is an entrepreneur with more than nine years of experience in data strategy and consulting. He has built solutions for various financial and healthcare institutions in a broad range of topics. In particular, he has managed several projects and teams of different sizes, containing up to 50 people, in sensitive data analytical and reporting projects between transnational institutions, such as a leading Swiss bank and the US Department of Justice. As founder of SamurAI, he continue to assist private companies and public institutions in their challenges by developing and deploying innovative solutions, using data analytics and artificial intelligence. Large experience in knowledge transfer of quantitative subjects for very diverse audiences. He is supervising all the knowledge transfer activities at SamurAI, including the deployment of 5 training courses of 40 hours each.

His previous experiences in finance have allowed him to be exposed to a wide range of topics. He conducted large data analysis on sensitive information for Swiss Private Banks by using my programming skills and supported a large international bank to achieve their stress test exercise by combining my financial modelling knowledge and my regulatory expertise. His projects were based on cross department teamwork and he developed strong interpersonal skills by dealing with various internal and stakeholders as well as leading a team of 4 junior consultant.

In addition to his professional experiences, Ali obtained a M.Sc. in Financial Engineering from the HEC Lausanne and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He also obtained in 2019 the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Data Science & Management, which is delivered by EPFL and HEC Lausanne. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic. Moreover, he have worked in various international environments, gaining relevant interpersonal skills and sensibilities in multicultural diversity.

Sandra Rowicka - August 2020

Sandra Rowicka

Since the beginning of her professional career Sandra is connected to the banking sector, working on analytics and reporting projects for Compliance and HR divisions. Currently, she works as a Senior Project Business Manager for Digital Transformation and Products Lab at Credit Suisse.

Sandra started her educational adventure with project management from post graduate studies in that field. Next, she gained a PRINCE2 certificate and her goal for this year is preparation for the PMP certificate.

On top of her professional experience with project management, Sandra had a chance to run a project for NGO organization (Business Run for approx. 3k people), what was not only great practice and challenge, but also unforgettable fun and experience.

Sandra decided to join Swiss Chapter as she believes that connection with people with various PM experiences, participation in the events and finding new activities inside the community is an even better way of learning than books (and she is a HUGE fan of books!)

Other than books, Sandra absolutely enjoys hiking and due to the current lockdown situation she discovered a new (home- based) passion – knitting
