Felix Jimenez - March 2020

Felix Jimenez

Felix is an international traveler who has worked in 4 different countries and with people from all over the world. He started his career in IT as a part time programmer while his university studies. Felix work has evolved with himself as a person by analyzing, learning, improving and changing. Felix is always looking to new areas where he could expand. This soon took him from the IT world into the Supply Chain Processes world. His last role as Business Analytics Manager helps Alcon Operating Committee to see what data is telling them in order to focus our company's energy.

After 30 years of working experience Felix thinks it is the time to share with other colleges experiences that can be of help and at the same time can help him to know what project management means nowadays. To relax, Felix has discovered the world of mandalas.

Daniele Rocca - March 2020

Daniele Rocca

Daniele is 35 years old and work for abaQon - a young, dynamic and modern consulting boutique, where they live and breathe at the heart of the financial services industry. In his role as associate partner Daniele drives strategic IT / Business initiatives, lead transformation programs, manage process improvement projects and act as key account manager for some of their customers.


Daniele joined the Swiss chapter to get in contact with interesting people, exciting topics, exclusive project insights and to share his experience with open minded people.

Thierry Le Gall - February 2020

Thierry Le Gall

Thierry is a freshly new PMP although he has more than 20 years of experience in project management.


French, Canadian and soon to be Swiss, Thierry has spent his entire career in the air transport industry (airlines, airports, ANSP): 27 years at SITA and now at Geneva airport as a project manager.


Thierry has a solid experience in technical (software development, systems design), marketing (product management), program management, consulting and business development. During his 2 years at the SITA Lab, he discovered the field of Artificial Intelligence, which is a subject he follows with great interest. Thierry recently passed the PMP test to become a better project manager.


Thierry has lived in different cities: Montreal (CAN), Brest-Lille-Bordeaux-Paris (FRA) and now Gland (since 2000). His hobbies include sports (football, basketball, skiing, hockey), photography, food and wine. Thierry volunteers at BBC Gland (basketball) as Vice President.

Louis Ghaleb - February 2020

Louis Ghaleb

Louis is a senior manager with BearingPoint Geneva. He is helping his clients from the financial services and commodity industries in their transformation. He recently created a bank in Saudi Arabia for Credit Suisse and a centralized tax solution to compute VAT across 24 countries for Swiss Re.

Charalampos Kostaras - February 2020

Charalampos Kostaras

Haris is a Digital Transformation Specialist with 12 years of experience in research, development and design applications focused on web technologies. His current position in the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, as Organisational Development Specialist is giving him the opportunity to collaborate with more than 11,000 clinicians, researchers and allied health professionals, which are dedicated to improving the health of people affected by allergic diseases.
Haris spend his early years in Athens, Greece and now living in Zurich the last 4 years. His hobbies are reading tech blogs, cinema lover, enjoy short walks in the nature with his beautiful wife and in a daily basis spending little bit of time with his OnePlus device.
His long-term goal is to establish again a creative team of Full stack developers and Marketing managers which they will be able to offer any kind of digital services in small businesses. Haris was doing that successfully back in Greece for more than 10 years and he is planning to do that again. This is one of his reasons joining the Swiss chapter, as Haris believe this will help him to reach his goal, by giving him the opportunity to meet creative professionals which love their work and which want to implement and deliver customized/complicated services and solutions to future clients. Not forget, that through the process friendships will be made which Haris is really looking forward to.

Miguel Hurtado Gallego - January 2020

Miguel is originally from Madrid, Spain but he lives in Switzerland since 2012. He is a project engineer mechanical with wide experience in Oil & Gas Sector, PET polymers plants and Milling Plants. Miguel previously worked in Bühler and actually He is employed in Alten.

Miguel is very interested in the PMI Switzerland chapter and he is preparing for CAPM exam to pass it in the following months.

During his free time Miguel enjoys taking pictures with his Analog Cameras, happy about analog film is still alive and very healthy .

Raul Schweizer

As Head of Strategic Project Office, Raul works as a direct report to the CEO of Regent Lighting. Projects selected into their Portfolio typically have a large impact on several functions of the Company. Therefore, Raul established the PMI Framework as primary reference for portfolio & project management excellence.

Katalin Juhasz - January 2020

Juhász Katalin

Katalin has been working as an organizational development expert for the past ten years leading a wide variety of HR projects aiming to help organizations to develop their capabilities to increase their organizational effectiveness.

Katalin’s projects have been covering the whole HR spectrum, focusing mainly on change management, employee engagement and organizational culture shaping, combining the project- and change management practices as per the PMP and PROSCI certificates. The beauty of her field is to demonstrate a balancing act between the “hard” and “soft” elements of project management.

In the past three years, as a global lead employee engagement Katalin have been leading the people survey portfolio in Telenor Group (a global telecommunications company being present in 11 European and Asian countries with 22.000+ employees). In her current position Katalin works with advanced data analytics, like text mining methodology, helping executive teams to better understand the dynamics of organizational health.

Katalin moved to Geneva at the beginning of this year, exchanging beautiful Budapest to the beautiful mountains and lake view here. She decided to join the Switzerland PMI chapter to be part of a professional community to find opportunities for knowledge sharing, inspiration and socializing.

Katalin likes any kind of sport activities and recently she was participating in long distance triathlon competitions. Her other passion is aromatherapy, which ultimately resulted in establishing her own company, launching a product line aiming to help people tuning to the right emotional or mental state.

Peter Chadwick - December 2019

peter chadwick

From the UK originally, but living and working worldwide out of France and Sweden since 1994. Peter has the classic career progression from Mechanical Engineering to Project, Program & Portfolio Management, mainly in the automotive industry.


Just over 10 years ago, Peter took a complementary, parallel track to his project management career thread: he studied and obtained qualifications as a Coach with a speciality in the domain of Applied Cultural Intelligence. Peter has coached, trained and mentored both in the organisations he has been working for and independently which has taken him to many countries over the years

These days, Peter concentrate his energy on the company he created in 2010 – Island Hoppers (continents are just big islands, “no man is an island”, island-hopping should be fun!). Peter particularly appreciates assisting with opportunities to leverage cultural and technological intelligence in order to address some of the issues facing the world today.

Peter is enjoying his life with family and friends. Above and beyond that, Peter enjoys walking in the mountains, flying (he has a Private Pilot’s Licence from France and a float plane qualification from Canada), scuba diving or snorkelling when he is near the sea and classic car and motorcycle tinkering.

Damien Gautier

Damien has extensive experience in IT project/product management and team management, and he had to manage large and complex projects involving more than 50 people. A continuous-learning mindset enables Damien with the latest facts and bright ideas, so he can be a leader in creating value for clients and helping teams to excel and get noticed. What his clients, colleagues and managers appreciate are the trusted relationships Damien can create with all stakeholders in a project.

Damien has used internal methodologies and then Prince2 for project management. Now Damien is preparing for PMP Certification and would like to play a role in the Swiss Chapter of the PMI in the coming months...
