Andy recently joined the Switzerland PMI Chapter, bringing with him over a decade of expertise in training, digital learning, and project management. With a background that includes seven years in China, Andy has led and contributed to numerous international innovation challenges—such as the Swiss Innovation Challenge, the China Innovation Challenge, and Germany 4.0—all with a strong emphasis on agile project management.

In his new role at Bühler AG’s Project Academy, Andy looks forward to deepening his understanding of PMI methodologies and expanding his leadership skills. Recommended to join PMI by his new company, Andy is eager to learn from the community and explore fresh project management approaches that he can apply within his team.

Previously at Migros, Andy managed educational and digital learning projects, leveraging his multilingual abilities (German, Chinese, English, and some Spanish) to communicate effectively in diverse settings. Originally from Germany, he combines a global perspective with a passion for innovative training solutions.

Andy’s goal is not only to gain insights from PMI Switzerland but also to contribute his expertise in digital learning and training. He is enthusiastic about exchanging ideas with other members and hopes to introduce creative digital learning concepts to the PMI community.
