Serge Moukouri

Serge is a project manager with 12 years of experience in broadcast company.

He works as project manager at Radio Television Suisse and leads broadcast projects as building or updating studios to satisfy editorial needs. Leads IT project as developing transversal editorial systems to facilitate information exchanges between Newsrooms TV, Radio, Sport and Online members.

Serge holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Studies. Apart form PMP obtained in July 2020, he is a certified Business Analyst. His motivation to join the Swiss Chapter is to develop, exchange knowledge in project management and meet interesting people.

Aude Scheibli - October 2020

Aude Scheibli

After about 10 years of crafting complex solutions with Cap Gemini first throughout Europe and later in the US, Aude has been a PMO Lead as well as a Program Manager since 2008. She recently relocated back to the old continent to lead the PMO for the OCSIN at the Geneva state & canton.

Aude has been a continuing member of PMI in the US since 2006 when she obtained her PMP and in the last 12 years of the Southwest Ohio Chapter. In 2018, Aude obtained the PgMP. She also holds an SMC (Scrum Master Certification) from SCRUMstudy, a Certified Change Management Professional from the Association of Change Management Professionals, a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Fifth Third Bank.

In addition to PMO and Program Management, Aude is passionate about culture and change. She led multiple cultural change workshops for PMI and the ACMP. She has also taught a PgMP preparation 3-day class.

Outside of the professional realm, Aude is an avid practitioner and instructor of Tai Chi.

Marcio Santos - May 2020

Marcio Santos

As IT professional, Marcio is an experienced Project Manager, Business Analyst and Professor with experience in different industries and multicultural projects. He holds PMP credentials since 2007, SAP since 2009 and his academic background includes a specialization in IT, a MSc in Logistics and a MBA in executive management in Audencia, Nantes. He has a continuous value delivery approach and currently works for Shell as a senior IT Business Analyst.

Marcio has a non-linear academic background (it involves Electricity, Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Logistics, Information Technology and Executive Management). So he is able to connect topics involving different areas and together with that, the discipline for a continuous learning approach were the main drives that made Marcio to volunteer to the Member Journalist opportunity in the chapter.

Marcio is Brazilian and Portuguese, lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has two kids and his hobbies includes playing tennis, football, sailing, running and nature.

Tunahan Kirabali - May 2020

Tunahan Kirabali

Tunahan is originally from Turkey and has been living in Switzerland since 2014. He came to Switzerland for his master's studies at EPFL and currently he is a PhD student at University Zurich working on Alzheimer’s disease.


Tunahan is currently in a career transition phase. After finishing his studies in a couple of months, he is hoping to continue his career in consulting. Tunahan joined the Swiss chapter and started to read about project management to increase the efficiency of scientific collaborations and inter-disciplinary, multi-center projects in academia.

Recently Tunahan got his CAPM certification from PMI and now looking forward to applying this knowledge in real-life projects, improving himself further and acquiring PMP certification in the following years.

Thierry Le Gall - February 2020

Thierry Le Gall

Thierry is a freshly new PMP although he has more than 20 years of experience in project management.


French, Canadian and soon to be Swiss, Thierry has spent his entire career in the air transport industry (airlines, airports, ANSP): 27 years at SITA and now at Geneva airport as a project manager.


Thierry has a solid experience in technical (software development, systems design), marketing (product management), program management, consulting and business development. During his 2 years at the SITA Lab, he discovered the field of Artificial Intelligence, which is a subject he follows with great interest. Thierry recently passed the PMP test to become a better project manager.


Thierry has lived in different cities: Montreal (CAN), Brest-Lille-Bordeaux-Paris (FRA) and now Gland (since 2000). His hobbies include sports (football, basketball, skiing, hockey), photography, food and wine. Thierry volunteers at BBC Gland (basketball) as Vice President.
