Siarhei Milanovich currently works as a Lab Manager in the field of laboratory automation, testing, and verification within a regulated, high tech environment. He brings more than 15 years of experience across laser physics, testing, verification, system integration, and laboratory operations, particularly supporting development projects in medical diagnostics and automation.
In his current role, he is responsible for building and operating a testing laboratory, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing equipment lifecycles and compliance, and supporting development and verification activities.
Siarhei decided to pursue the PMP certification to strengthen his professional foundation and formalize the project management practices he applies daily. Joining the PMI Switzerland Chapter felt like a natural step for him to connect with like minded professionals, exchange best practices, and stay involved in the local project management community. He is especially interested in learning from real-world experiences across industries and contributing his perspective from regulated product development and lab operations.
Outside of work, Siarhei studies psychology to better understand communication, motivation, and team dynamics. He is passionate about process improvement and efficiency, including the practical use of AI and LLM tools to optimize documentation, workflows, and knowledge sharing. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and exploring new technologies.
