Eva serves as a Global Capex Portfolio Manager at a large FMCG company, where she oversees capital expenditure management and provides strategic direction for large-scale industrial projects. She brings over ten years of experience in project and portfolio management within the food and FMCG industries.
Her academic background is in biochemical engineering, and she began her career as a Technical Project Manager at a production site specializing in edible oils and fats. Over the years, she has progressed through various roles and organizations in project and portfolio management, culminating in her current position, where she manages a project portfolio valued in the billions. In addition to her technical expertise, she holds an MBA and the PMP certification, and in 2026 she decided to further advance her professional development by pursuing the PfMP certification.
Following her recent relocation to Switzerland, Eva joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter with the aim of connecting with fellow professionals and further strengthening her portfolio management capabilities. She has a strong interest in exploring the integration of artificial intelligence within project and portfolio management and looks forward to exchanging knowledge with members who have IT and AI expertise.
Outside of her professional life, Eva enjoys traveling, fitness, and engaging in water and snow sports—activities that provide both balance and creative inspiration. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and innovation within teams and is deeply committed to supporting the development of emerging leaders in the project management profession.
