Vincent Posta - March 2022

Vincent Posta

Vincent has 30 years’ experience in energy projects and in new product introduction.

He recently led with agility the introduction of new oscillators and the foundation of an R&D center in the mechanical watch industry. Previously, he held various positions as global gas turbine product marketing manager, power plant commercial leader and fast-track turnkey plant project director in North Africa.

His PMP certification in Nov 2021 was to structure his knowledges in predictive, hybrid and agile projects.

He is currently looking for new challenges in energy transition or in new product introduction, and willing to connect with PMI community to share project management experiences.

Amaia Uriarte - February 2022

Amaia Uriarte

Amaia is a senior mechanical engineer passionate about sustainable innovation technologies. Solution oriented, with analytic solving capabilities, she stands on a spot where design and engineering intersect. Amaia likes to participate in ambitious projects and fulfils objectives empowered with excellent project management techniques.

Currently working as a mechanical engineer in a climate technology company, Amaia wants to make a step forward in her career and leverage her project management knowledge. Her personal 2022 goal in the roadmap will be getting a CAPM supported by her company.

Amaia is also passionate about motorcycles and went for a journey of two years back in 2018. After this life changing experience, she came back to Switzerland and enrolled in 2021 as a firefighter volunteer to have a social positive impact in her community.

Igor Aleksandrov - February 2022

Igor Aleksandrov

Igor is originally from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics and defended his PhD thesis dedicated to Industrial construction. He completed various courses related to project management, risk management, Lean Six Sigma etc. And Igor passed his PMP exam in 2020.

Started his career in 2005 and since then worked for various engineering and construction companies on contractor and owner role. He participated in several large scale infrastructural projects starting from feasibility studies and across the entire project life cycle. Igor gained experience in various project disciplines, such as engineering, survey, permitting, logistics, onshore and offshore construction.

He constantly improves his knowledge in various areas of interest such as project management, financial management, procurement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma.

Igor currently lives in Zug, Switzerland. He speaks four languages including English, German, Serbian and Russian.

Leticia Caminero - January 2022

Leticia Caminero

Leticia Caminero is an intellectual property lawyer and project manager with over a decade of experience, starting in private practice and later developing in international organizations.


Leticia currently works in the Traditional Knowledge Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to this position, she was at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington DC, US. Before that, she worked at the Intellectual Property Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland. Furthermore, in her private practice, Leticia founded and led a law firm focusing on Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Sanitary Regulations, International Trade, Consumer Law, Tax Law, Antitrust Law, and Energy Law. Previously, she was the Director of the Intellectual Property Department in a regional law firm in the Dominican Republic, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

Regarding her studies, Leticia Caminero holds a master’s degree in law, specializing in International Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property, WTO Law, and International Environmental Law, from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. In addition, she also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, the Dominican Republic, and a 360 Project Management Certification from Cornell University, US. Recently, she received her certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Lastly, Leticia is the host of INTANGIBLIA (www.intangiblia.com), a bilingual podcast on Intellectual Property, where she interviews various guests about their experiences with creation, innovation, research, and entrepreneurship.

She joined the PMI Swiss Chapter to participate in their activities, meet local professionals, and contribute to the Chapter’s work.

Valérie Pierre - January 2022

Valérie Pierre

Valerie is an experienced global project / program manager, bilingual French / English and currently learning German at a fast pace. She’s lived in France, US (California), Japan, and is now based in Zurich.
She loves spending time in the problem space before driving a crew in the solution space. She has experience in different domains (e.g. e-learning, e-commerce, productivity software) and hands-on experience with Agile software development and traditional project management (PMP-certified).

In her free time, while not hiking around the Zurichsee, she organizes meetup events to help others connect, learn and help each other. She’s been a co-organizer of the “Innovative Technologies for Learning” meetup group in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 4. Years, and is delighted to join the PMI Switzerland chapter as a Senior event team member.

Anne-Laure Héritier - December 2021

Anne Laure Héritier

Anne-Laure has 20+ years of international Project Management experience with European and Chinese SME/SMI active in various fields such as human resources and entertainment, non for profit, safety equipment’s manufactory, wine trading and healthcare.

Having two Master’s one in philosophy and one in Business Management she started her career piloting HR projects as consultant facilitating team building. She continued in the Trust industry where she graduated STEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) managing complex structures and foundations for HNWI. She acted as trustee advising clients in launching, planning and structuring any type of assets holding.

She founded her fiduciary company Capital Emergence SA in 2009 developing a project methodology and in association with Chinese based partners launching investment match-making services to bridge Latin American and EU projects with China. She is specialist in strategy implementation and corporate management acting at C level for different companies and family-owned business.

Her last involvement is as Director and Head of Trading for a Swiss Chinese company piloting health and educational project for autistic children in China.

She has three fantastic kids 15, 21 and 23 and is passionate for traveling, dancing, reading and among all sailing. She grew up sailing and competed more than 15 years as a skipper in Mediterranean and French Atlantic coasts.
She graduated PMP in June 2021 and joined the Swiss PMI chapter to network, exchange know-how with peers and finding new project and position opportunities. She is volunteer to develop the network of French speaking part of the Swiss PMI chapter.

Sami El Attar - December 2021

Sami El Attar

Sami is working as an EU IT/IS Manager for Novalac Nutrition & Health Group. He is 31 years old, curious and a fast learner.

Sami has a non-traditional academic background (including Economy, Land Surveying & Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology and General Management).
 
Sami managed several projects for ERP migration, digital transformations and process optimization.
 
He joined the Swiss Chapter to connect with PMI professionals, share knowledge and best practices, and to enhance his professional network circle.

Laurent A. Rigoni - December 2021

Laurent A Rigoni

Originally from Geneva, Switzerland, Laurent followed a traditional path from college to consultant in the health sector while in his heart was brewing a deep desire for more artistic endeavors.
In his mid-twenties, Laurent sold most of his belongings and took a leap of faith in moving to Los Angeles to pursue a dream in film and television acting.


After having achieved some success being cast in several TV shows and films for over ten years, Laurent was presented with the opportunity to take his performance skills on the road and turn scene study into
scenery study as a freelance tour director. In this role, Laurent was able to offer his public speaking abilities and share his enthusiasm for America, its culture, and unique landscapes for about twelve years.

With the devastation of the global pandemic in 2020 and its severe impact on the travel & leisure industry coupled with a growing desire for a new challenge, Laurent started to write a new chapter and has just completed certifications in Project Management (CAPM, Scrum Master PSMI and Product Owner PSPOI).

Laurent is excited to join the PMI Switzerland Chapter for learning and networking opportunities. With dual citizenship, Swiss and American, Laurent now lives between Los Angeles and Geneva.

Dr. Deasún Ó Conchúir - December 2021

Deasún Ó Conchúir

Deasún did the PMP exam in 2004 because he found that potential clients wanted more than a CV to prove project management competence, based on experience gained since the mid-eighties. Similarly, his recent PMI-ACP was to provide potential clients with confirmation of his agile credentials, based on years of experience.

In the years since then Deasún have supported professionals to implement their projects with the classical combination of consulting, coaching, mentoring and training. Since the mid-nineties, his client base has spread out to several European, African, Asian and North American companies. Since the pandemic, the work is mostly remote and includes the last continent (Latin America).

In the years in between, Deasún has joined the board of PMI Switzerland with responsibility for Education, then went on to 3 different global PMI roles. At present Deasún is back with the PMIEF, mentoring groups in Greece, Albania and Italy.

Teresa Avellino - November 2021

Teresa Avellino

Teresa has 18+ years of international Project Management experience in the non-profit, small business and corporate world, and recently finished her Masters in Business Administration.

As a Third Culture Kid (TCK) with an American mother and Italian father but born in Brazil and raised in Asia and Central/Eastern Europe, she has a passion for languages (speaks English, Italian, Spanish, some Romanian, and is improving her German), relishes learning about new cultures, and has managed projects in North and Central America, as well as Europe and Africa. 

She is currently the Global Project Manager in the financial industry but was more recently involved in setting up the PMO for the Group Communications Head Office of one of the largest insurance companies worldwide. 

She loves traveling, Crossfit, nature, cooking, and sports. 

She joined the Swiss PMI chapter to network, exchange know-how, and collaborate. – And perhaps connect with future project opportunities.
