Luís Faria is a Business & IT leader with 20+ years of international experience driving enterprise transformation through SAP, technology, and data. Combining a strong engineering foundation with senior leadership roles in both industry and consulting, he brings a rare blend of strategic vision, business insight, and technical depth.
Based in Zurich, Luís most recently served as Senior Manager at PwC Switzerland, advising C-level executives on data and analytics strategy and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Previously, he spent 14 years at Schindler Group, where he directed global SAP programs and built the company’s data and analytics capabilities. Early in his career, he fast-tracked into a leadership role at a leading beverages company, completed a year-long international traineeship at Cisco HQ in California, and led global IT projects at a major multinational industrial manufacturer.
He holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Porto, complemented by executive education at the TUM School of Management (Executive MBA in Business & IT) and Porto Business School (Applied Quantitative Methods for Management).
Outside of work, Luís finds balance and inspiration through skiing, surfing, and travel.
