Elias Hedjaz is an Organizational Design and Organizational Behavior expert based in the Geneva/Nyon area, with more than 15 years of experience across consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, and project management. Elias recently obtained his PMP certification, which felt like a natural step in his professional journey. He joined PMI Switzerland to connect with a strong community of project management professionals, continue learning from peers, and contribute to discussions around transformation, leadership, change management, and the human side of project delivery.
