Alexandra Bolotina is an IT Project Manager delivering custom web and mobile applications, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and rollout.
Her work focuses on helping teams turn complex operational needs into clear, well-structured systems. She works closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, manage scope and changes, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support release readiness.
Alexandra is especially experienced in projects where requirements are still evolving, stakeholders have different expectations, or business processes need to be translated into practical digital solutions. Her technical background in software development helps her bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.
Alexandra joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to connect with other project management professionals in Switzerland, learn from the local community, and continue developing her skills.
Outside of work and studies, Alexandra enjoys travelling, learning languages, playing tennis, and exploring life in Switzerland. She is currently based in Geneva.
