Remy Kersch - April 2023

Remy Kersch

Remy is 44 years old, married and the dad of 3 children. He had very different work experiences with a total of 26 years. Until now, his whole life has been a learning curve to constantly acquire new knowledge and skills. Remy started in automotive service where he got most of his diplomas in mechanic, body repair and painting. In 2001, Remy decided to enroll himself in the French Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in the Infantry in the Alps. There, Remy spent most of his time teaching and managing people from the size of a team (9 people) to a platoon (40 people). Remy has been on several missions abroad in Africa, Norway and Afghanistan. After 10 years in the Military, he became a workshop manager at a motorhome retail store for 4 years, driving 9 techs, improving workshop and working processes. In 2018, Remy started the crazy adventure to work at Tesla. There again, he was constantly looking for establishing processes and improving systems, from the service warehouse in Geneva to Switzerland, to the global EMEA market.

Now Remy is looking for new opportunities and decided during that transition period to put a recognized certification on top of his experiences. He is PMP certified credential since March 2023.

Where Remy has most fun is in improving things like procedures, processes, people collaboration and systems as well as training people, in Service and Customer experience.

Remy decided to join the Switzerland Chapter as well as the French one to increase his network and to foster learnings.

In his free time, Remy loves to be in nature with his family, camping, mountain-biking, skiing and every other mountain sport. He also likes reading techno-thrillers and watching Sci-Fi movies.

Felipe Hilario - April 2023

Felipe Hilario

Felipe has +15 years of experience working in Australia, Switzerland and Brazil having technical and management roles developing mineral projects, connecting R&D / project generation towards final products/process, supporting strategic decisions, adding value for company`s project portfolio.

He is originally from Brazil and studied Chemical Engineering having BSc. and MSc degrees. Started and developed his career at Vale S/A at Department of Exploration and Mineral Projects. Project generation and management, with focus on hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processing, across Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Indonesia and Nordic Countries for nickel, cobalt, copper, rare earths, and Platinum Group Metals.

His principal project results and achievements were obtained working together a multi-cultural / international team in a cross-matrix structure using as basis: open dialogs, transparency, gender and cultural equity, smart goals, mentoring, continuous learning, ownership of challenges and results guiding people to high performance and their career development.
In 2020, he was invited by Swatch Group to join Belenos Clean Power division in Switzerland where he is contributing to manage the R&D project portfolio and supporting the technical director on the strategy execution. Currently he lives in Basel Stadt with his wife.

Felipe's field of expertise is hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processing of metals, connecting R&D towards operational Business units, project generation towards final products/process leading the identification of relevant technology gaps, decarbonization, responsible sourcing, productivity, safety, new processing routes development and circular economy. Focus on improvement of internal processes (safety, standards, and quality), production, OPEx reduction, water recycle and sustainable practices.

Felipe is passionate for understand and learn about diverse cultures which he loves to try local gastronomy, arts, history, and local costumes/dialects/way of living. He also loves sports, especially soccer (of course) and F1. New winter sports are getting his attention, like ski, ice hockey, and believe me, curling.

Felipe joined the PMI Switzerland chapter to increase his network, to learn people's different point of view and to share some good memories / moments / situations / experiences lived in the projects that he was part of.

Yolanda Martín Mosquera - April 2023

Yolanda Martin Mosquera

Yolanda is a chemist by education and has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry especially in quality assurance and control. In 2018 she started with project management discovering a new passion. She loves to step out of her comfort zone. This is evident as she has held many different positions in different companies.

She lives with her family in the Basel area and loves any outdoor activities.

She's joining the Swiss chapter to network with other professionals, learn from others and improve her skills.

Stefano Pianese - March 2023

Stefano Pianese

Stefano Pianese is Italian, holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and he has 6+ years of experience in project management.

He has worked in the R&D sector and in the food and beverage industry. He is truly passionate about mechanical design and project management.

He got PMP certified in October 2022 and he speaks Italian, French, English, Spanish and he is currently learning German.

He lives in Lausanne and joined the PMI Switzerland Chapter to expand his professional network, meet new people to share professional experiences and discuss about project management.

Mirjam Nufer - March 2023

Mirjam Nufer

Mirjam is an international project manager holding a master’s degree in Climate and Atmospheric Science and MAS in Development and Cooperation. She started her career in the international development / peace-building sector working for NGO’s and the Swiss Military more than 8 years ago. In 2019 Mirjam switched to the private sector managing projects in CSR and innovation and then later IT projects.

Mirjam got PMP credentials in 2020 and where she also realized she feels at home with the many challenges and tasks which a project manager must deal with. In 2022 she is also certified as DASM.

Currently Mirjam splits her time working for a small Swiss IT company and building on her freelancer business. Her background in different sectors helps her to manage cross-sectoral projects and bridge the cultural gap between non-profit organizations and the private sector.

Mirjam areas of expertise include coaching / training individuals and teams, (agile) project management, stakeholder management, organizational change, way of working.

Mirjam joined PMI Switzerland Chapter for networking reasons, to interact with fellow professionals and to learn from each other
