Aquatis Hotel is a 4-star business hotel and restaurant located in Lausanne, and it is the largest of its kind in the region.

For the PM Conference, we will utilize the hotel’s unique conference center, which features a large auditorium, four session’s rooms, coffee break room, a lounge, and a restaurant with a modern, contemporary setting.

What to bring to the conference

To ensure a swift check-in, please have your ticket ready to be presented at the welcome desk (bring your ticket on paper or as a mail on your mobile phone).

Only a wardrobe will be available at the venue (no lockers)

Parking

Parking is available at the hotel with a rate of CHF 1.- per hour.**
For electrical cars, there are two spots in the outdoor public car park and around eight in the Vennes underground car park.

** To avail for the discounted parking rate, please go to the Front Desk before departing to get your parking ticket stamped. Payment will then be made at the parking lot pay station and the machine will recognize the stamp with the discount

Hotel Discount

PM Conference guests booking a room at Hotel Aquatis are eligible for a discount price totaling to 145 CHF per night.

How to get there

By Train

From Lausanne train station, take the metro M2 in direction of Epalinges, Croisettes.
It will take 8 stops (about 12 minutes) to reach the station Vennes.
The Aquatis complex is at the metro stop.

By Car

From the highway A1, take the exit "Lausanne Vennes".
At the exit, follow the sign P+R Vennes or Moudon".
The Aquatis complex is very close, just after the highway on the right side of the road.

Parking is available at the hotel with a rate of CHF 1.- per hour.

By Plane

From Geneva International Airport, Lausanne can be reached by car or by train.
