Velan Thagavelu, PMP, PMI-ACP, has over 20 years of experience in PM and PgM, moving from manufacturing to ERP, to IT. He has led major programs, among which SICPA’s S/4HANA conversion program and AI implementation projects. Velan used to work at Nestlé, where he supported the streamlining of cloud procurement and consumption, as well as implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He has also volunteered for PMI-CH, serving as a Board member during 2013-14.
