Miguel Bodin currently works as an Airworthiness Coordinator at AMAC Aerospace in Basel, where he manages aircraft configuration, airworthiness compliance, and heavy maintenance reviews for wide-body and VIP aircraft. His core expertise lies at the intersection of aeronautics, specifically avionics and airworthiness, and software development and IT.
In June, Miguel earned his PMP® certification to further strengthen the project management skills that are essential in his daily work. Originally from the tri-national Basel region and currently working in Basel, joining PMI Switzerland was a natural step for him to integrate more closely with the local professional ecosystem.
Through PMI Switzerland, Miguel looks forward to meeting project managers from diverse industries and fields of expertise. He is especially interested in exchanging ideas, career paths, and motivations with professionals who bring different perspectives to project management.
Outside the professional sphere, Miguel can most often be found training several times a week, with a focus on CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with his dogs, and traveling to discover new cultures and landscapes.
