Florian Ivan is an experienced project management consultant, trainer and facilitator specializing in project and portfolio management, PMO transformation, organizational capability development and the practical application of artificial intelligence in project environments.

His consulting experience spans project and portfolio management, PMO strategy and transformation, Agile and hybrid delivery approaches, and project leadership. Alongside his consulting activities, Florian designs and delivers corporate project management academies, executive workshops and professional certification programs, including PMP and IPMA preparation.

More recently, his work has increasingly focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence and project management. He supports organizations in exploring how AI can improve project planning, reporting, risk management, decision-making and project delivery.

Beyond advising organizations on AI adoption, Florian has gained hands-on experience developing his own AI-powered product: a personalized AI tutor that teaches project management by adapting learning content to each individual's professional context. This experience has provided him with valuable insights into the unique challenges of managing AI projects, from defining requirements and managing uncertainty to evaluating quality and measuring success.

He has a degree in data analysis from University of Oxford and a master’s degree in project management from George Washington University.
