Topic                    :  Managing Your IT Project in India

First euphoria, then disillusion: Collaborating with partners in India has its joys and jolts. Some outsourcing deals become a real success, other end up in mutual disappointment. In addition to facing increased micro-management, you are required to be really stringent in the way you manage projects and processes.

What’s more, cultural differences can sometimes prove to decide if you will make it or brake it.

In this talk you will find out about the most important inter-cultural factors, how they typically disrupt projects, and how to overcome them.

Yes, this is the topic of the hour and much awaited !
