Program, project and change management expertise at a Regional and Global level with extensive knowledge of current implementation methodology developing mid-level and detailed plans from blueprint through to go-live.

Well versed with the complete software development life cycle and software testing life cycle in various domains such as Banking, Investment, Life & Pensions, Insurance, Billing system, Telecom, Securities, Aviation Services, Procurement and IT. Specialist in Data migration (ETL), Upgrades and changes management programs & Projects.

Now working for Bank of England as Project Director, The Bank of England (BOE) is the central bank of the United Kingdom. And also CEO and founder of Victorian Money Limited in UK and Symfil Limited in Ireland both companies are Payment service providers serving B2B customers.

Ajay Bandlamudi motivation to join the Swiss chapter is to meet interesting people and exchange on the recent trends in project management. Joining the Swiss PMI Chapter came immediately for me because of passing the PMP exam back in July.

In addition to PMP Ajay is a certified PRINCE2® Practitioner & MSP® Practitioner (Certificate in Programme Management) now preparing for PgMP."

Kate Szafranska - October 2020

Kate Szafranska

Kat is a project manager and a business consultant with +10 years of progressive experience in a deadline-driven pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry. In the last 10 years she was actively engaged in several project management and business consulting roles, while working with pharmaceutical corporations, NPOs and governmental institutions.

Currently, she works with clients as a business consultant in healthcare markets to identify opportunities and formulate a strategy that transform their businesses across people, process and technology. She is passionate about developing innovative project management initiatives and building strong professional relationships in a global healthcare ecosystem. She is actively looking to work with organization that values passion, integrity, creativity, innovation and boldness to challenge a status quo.


Kat holds an MBA degree in Healthcare management and MSc in Clinical Research. She became a certified PMP professional in January 2020 and believes in continuous improvement on a professional and personal level.

Kat enjoys exchanging PM ideas and is looking forward to meeting other inspirational and like-minded members of the PMI Switzerland chapter to exchange on the recent trends and promote best practices in project management.

In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, horse-riding, and giving back to a society by engaging herself in a variety of business networking and charity initiatives.

Kindy Sylla - October 2020

Kindy Sylla

Kindy Sylla is a Project Manager and Business Analyst with progressive working experience in telecommunications, banking and IT services spanning public and private sectors.

She started her career in Montréal, Canada as Java Developer and then as C++ System Designer in the telecommunications industry. Later, she joined the banking industry and worked as business analyst, project manager and head of IT Department in Benin and Guinea.

She is passionate about handbags and has founded SYBA Designs, a startup specialized in designing and selling contemporary ethical bags.

She has worked and lived in Africa, America, Asia and Europe. Since 2017, she has been living in Founex , Vaud. She is now looking for a job opportunity. She is open minded and would love to meet others project managers.

Jonathan Gall - October 2020

Jonathan Gall

As a chartered engineer and project manager, Jonathan works on civil engineering studies for new particle accelerators at CERN. Having moved to France to work at CERN, 2 years ago, Jonathan has developed his expertise in tunneling, industrial and scientific infrastructure.

Previously Jonathan managed a project management office at a Council in the UK, overseeing project delivery of a capital programme of around 150MCHF annually covering highways, IT, infrastructure, schools, offices and more. Jonathan has over 13 years of experience delivering major infrastructure schemes with 8 years in project management. Jonathan recently received his PMP credential.

Outside work Jonathan is a keen footballer and sportsman with a love of music, literature and board games.

Dr. Jessica Hähn - October 2020

Jessica Hähn

Jessica is originally from Brazil where she studied chemical engineering and worked for several R&D projects and in the supply chain department of a big FMCG company. Her passion for innovation and sustainability led her to pursue a master and a PhD in France in chemical engineering with a focus on environmental management.

Today Jessica works as a production improvement engineer for a Dutch chemical company located in the canton of Valais/Wallis. She is currently preparing for taking her PMP certification and taking further training in Lean Six Sigma.

In her free time, Jessica likes going on bike tours and hikes around Switzerland with her husband, going out with friends and spending time with her family-in-law in Austria. She also loves traveling around the world and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds.
