Markus Kopko is a member of the Core Development Team of the PMI Standard for AI in Project, Program and Portfolio Management and served on the review team of the PMBOK Guide, Seventh Edition. He brings more than 25 years of project and program management experience, including programs of up to 100 million euros, and holds the PgMP, PMP and PMI-CPMAI certifications. As founder of PMotion.ai and The PM AI Coach, he has trained more than 300 project managers and works with organizations on the governance layer that AI projects need. His focus: where classic project management stops working on AI projects, and what closes the gap.
