Christoph Hirnle has spent the last 20+ years helping organizations become more effective, guided by Peter Drucker’s principle that “There is surely nothing quite so useless as doing with great efficiency what should not be done at all.” He serves as Regional Hub Leader for Europe and Chair of the Global Advisory Board at the PMO Global Alliance. In his day job, Christoph is Managing Director at Meisterplan, a German PPM solution specializing in resource capacity planning. His previous experience includes management consulting at Boston Consulting Group and leading FinTech company 3C as Managing Director.
