*PMI Masterclass* Leading AI initiatives: standards, governance and the CPMAI framework

Master class

AI is creating new opportunities and challenges for organizations, requiring project and transformation leaders to adopt new approaches to governance, risk management, and decision-making as they support AI initiatives.

This one-day workshop introduces practical approaches to AI governance, drawing on the new PMI AI Standard and the CPMAI methodology (published in 2026). Through presentations, discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore key concepts, frameworks, and tools that can help them make informed decisions and apply AI governance principles in their own organizations.
