Antonio Lopez
Antonio Lopez is a Geneva-based freelance consultant and trainer, specializing in Project and Change Management. Since 2019, through Antonio Lopez Consulting, he has helped organizations navigate transformation, guiding stakeholders through the implementations and adoption of new ways of working. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian, he brings clarity and rigor to every engagement. His path into change management is unusual : trained as an engineer, he spent over 35 years in international sales and after-sales roles at industrial companies, including Caterpillar Overseas, Charmilles Technologies, Rain Bird and DEC Group, across the world. That hands-on, front-line experience shapes his practical, people-first approach to change today. He is an accredited trainer for several training academies and holds multiple certifications in project and change management. He is an active member of the Change Management Institute and the Swiss Project Management Society.
