Program & Portfolio Manager, Industry / Technology | 20 years across project, program, portfolio and organization
Claude has over 30 years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across hardware, software, industrialization, and organizational transformation, and is recognized for building high-impact PMO structures, strengthening governance, and aligning strategy with execution in innovation-driven environments.
