Short Abstract

AI does not need to make the final decision to change the decision. In projects, AI increasingly selects data, frames risks, prioritizes stakeholders and recommends options. By the time a steering committee decides, the decision space may already have been constructed. Through an interactive project case, participants will experience how a plausible AI-supported recommendation can hide assumptions, exclusions and competing interpretations. The session introduces practical governance questions from the AI Leadership Symbiosis framework to identify human judgment points, clarify accountability and determine when project teams must challenge, interrupt or escalate an AI-supported process. The focus is not on managing AI implementation projects, but on leading ordinary projects when AI shapes the decision before the decision.
