Stephan Hillert is the Initiator and President of Millennials4Boards, a global non-profit driving intergenerational diversity in boardrooms worldwide. He is also a senior executive, strategic advisor, and certified board member specialized in developing ventures within the risk and insurance sector. During his 10+ years at Zurich Insurance Group, he successfully initiated, launched and scaled global businesses, most recently Zurich Resilience Solutions. Since 2022, he also serves as an Advisory Board Member for rrreefs, an ETH Zurich spin-off pioneering innovative approaches to reef restoration and underwater biodiversity enhancement.
