Roland Bartl Andreoli is an independent advisor, author and lecturer working at the intersection of leadership, organizational transformation and artificial intelligence. He developed AI Leadership Symbiosis, a framework for designing responsible collaboration between leaders and AI systems. His work focuses on a frequently overlooked part of AI-supported decision-making: the period before a formal decision, when systems select information, frame problems, construct options and recommend a course of action. He helps organizations define where human judgment is indispensable, how responsibility remains clear and how teams can learn from both correct and incorrect AI contributions.

Roland has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, executive consulting and transformation. As Principal and member of the management team at Right Management, he advised organizations and senior leaders and served as interim Country Manager. He later worked with Mercuri Urval and previously led IT-CAP as Managing Director. Earlier in his career, he managed technology and change projects at Credit Suisse. This combination gives him a practical perspective on technology, leadership and the organizational processes required to turn strategic intentions into implementation.

His German-language Springer Essential on leadership and AI was published in 2026, with an English edition in preparation. In addition to his advisory work, Roland lectures and supervises graduate work at Swiss universities of applied sciences, including ZHAW and FHNW. He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Coaching, is a certified Project Management Professional and trained in systemic organizational development. His current engagements include conference contributions, executive sparring and the design of governance and decision processes for organizations adopting AI.
