Bio
Livia Altmann is the founder of Human Intelligence 2.0 focused on personal and team development. She works with leaders and teams who want to perform at a high level with positive and sustainable energy, combining the discipline of elite sport with the realities of corporate life.
Over a twenty-year ice hockey career, Livia captained the Swiss women’s national team and won Olympic bronze and played in the American College league – an experience that taught her how performance, pressure, and team dynamics really work when the stakes are high. Alongside sport, she studied economics at the University of Zürich and at Colgate University in the United States, and began her professional career in consulting at EY before founding her own company.
Today, Livia designs and facilitates leadership programmes, workshops, and keynotes for organizations. Her work rests on a few clear convictions: that leadership starts with self-leadership and is also about relationships, that performance is healthiest when it is regulated rather than forced, and that the principles which make a team work on the ice apply just as well in business. These principals she also lectures at the Institute for Communication and leadership.
She stays close to sport as assistant coach and general manager of the HCD Ladies.

"Where attention goes, energy flows — so lead yourself first, and watch sustainable high performance follow!"
