As Global IT Program Management Office Lead at Nestlé, he leads the company’s global IT PMO, driving project and program delivery excellence, governance, talent development and the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across a diverse worldwide portfolio.

Throughout his career, Christian has held leadership roles spanning IT, digital transformation, business excellence and commercial operations across Europe, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. He is recognized for leading large-scale, technology-enabled business transformations, building high-performing international teams and translating complex strategies into tangible business outcomes. A passionate advocate of innovation, he has a particular interest in the practical application of Artificial Intelligence to organizational transformation, project delivery and leadership.
