Her expertise spans portfolio governance, project portfolio management, enterprise PMO operations, risk and resource

management, change leadership, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. She has played a key role in

establishing governance frameworks, implementing KPI-based portfolio management systems, strengthening decision-making processes, and fostering project-based organizational cultures capable of delivering strategic outcomes in dynamic international contexts.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), she complements extensive practical experience with executive education in governance through the Mastering Board Governance program at IMD Business School.
