Most change frameworks describe what success looks like. Very few explain how to lead it in practice.
In this PMI Switzerland evening event, Grégoire Willommet will introduce ACAEM, an action-driven change management framework designed to help leaders and project teams structure, guide and measure transformation in a practical way.
ACAEM stands for Analyse – Connect – Align – Engage – Measure. These five actions help teams understand the change context, connect with the right stakeholders, align leaders, engage people and measure whether the change is really being adopted.
This session is designed for project managers, programme managers, business analysts, transformation leaders and anyone involved in delivering change in complex organisations.
Participants will explore how ACAEM can help project teams move beyond communication plans and focus on what matters for successful adoption: alignment, trust, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact.
By attending this session, participants will:
• Understand the main principles of ACAEM and its five actions.
• Learn why change management should not be limited to communication.
• Explore how resistance can provide useful information for the change plan.
• Understand why sponsor and project team alignment matters for adoption.
• Discover how project professionals can better measure whether change is being adopted in practice.
