*PMI Masterclass* Mastering Crisis: a systemic and human approach to project leadership
- Understanding crisis situations in projects from human and systemic perspectives
- Self-leadership: recognizing stress responses, emotions, and needs to preserve the ability to decide and act under pressure
- Relational agility: understanding how stakeholders think and react, and adjusting your approach to prevent or address tension, disengagement, and conflict (coaching techniques such as active listening and powerful questions)
- Systemic thinking: analyzing stakeholder dynamics through interaction patterns, influence and resistance to identify areas for action
- Structuring complexity: making pragmatic sense of uncertainty, interdependencies and their impact on project situations
- Applying these perspectives to project situations through a mix of experiential exercises, practical tools and supporting theoretical frameworks
