The Next-Gen AI PMO: Real-World AI Innovations in Project & PMO Management event, sponsored by AdEx, brought together 60 participants at the HWZ in Zürich for an engaging evening of learning and networking.
Alexandre Rezende showed the transformative potential of AI in project and PMO management, offering a mix of strategic insights and practical applications.
Attendees gained insights from real-world case studies that highlighted both successful AI implementations and lessons learned from initiatives that didn’t progress as planned.
The presentation also drew a clear distinction between Generative AI and other forms of AI, emphasizing a phased approach from Everyday AI—solving routine challenges—to Game-Changing AI capable of driving innovation and reshaping organizational strategies.
The evening concluded with an apero and vibrant networking session, where participants connected, shared ideas, and reflected on the opportunities AI brings to project and PMO management.
