The Bevel ON association launches its 5th training program for Ukrainian refugees residing in Switzerland. For the 2nd consecutive year, this initiative is executed in collaboration with the Project Management Institute Switzerland.

Between May and July 2024, refugees from the Ukraine will be able to attend seminars delivered by business coaches. The objective of the program is to assist displaced professionals in regaining control over their lives, through supporting the launch of their careers in a new environment. The program focusses on the project management, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing domains. Dedicated mentors will help the participants to develop new career strategies, including connecting the displaced professionals with potential employers.

The sessions delivered by the PMI Switzerland Team will open pathways to essential skills development, as required in both the international labour market, and at a later stage, within the Ukraine, during the reconstruction of the country.

Do you know someone who could benefit from this training? Reach out to Bevel ON and discover the program and further information.

This initiative is aligned with the Swiss authorities' strategy, whose goal is to reach a 40% employment rate amongst Ukrainian refugees in 2024. Additionally, this initiative contributes, in a very practical way, to the achievement of sustainable development goals.

“Refugees from the Ukraine bring experience, energy, and diversity to the national labor market”, says Inna Malaia, the president of the Bevel ON association. “Our program will boost the motivation of displaced professionals to find jobs. We are extremely grateful for the support of the Project Management Institute Switzerland and the commitment from its Social Impact Team. Their vast experience and teaching skills motivate Ukrainian program participants, and equip them with top business skills.”

Bevel ON, a non-profit association based in Geneva, founded in 2023, aims to facilitate integration and employment of refugees and displaced professionals arriving in Switzerland.
