What to bring to the Conference
- To ensure a swift check-in, please have your ticket ready to be presented at the welcome desk (bring your ticket on paper or as a mail on your mobile phone).
- Please note that the Roche center has no lockers or supervised cloakrooms for valuables.
When to arrive
- Registration starts at 08:30 (not before).
- Please note registration online are open until 17.10.2023 12:00 and On-site registration on the 18.10.2023 is still possible (payment by Twint only)
How to get there
By Train
From Basel main station you would be able to choose the public transport or a dedicated Shuttle service for the Conference.
Free Shuttle Service - Please allow min 30 between Basel SBB station and conference site

Departure from Basel SBB, Busparkplatz Meret - Oppenheimstrasse
- 8:00 (40-50 seats) - Available from 7h45
- 8:30 (70 seats) - Available from 8h15

By Car
Roche offers parking possibilities but requires that you give us your plate number and your vehicule type (for example Lamborghini Aventador, BMW i7, Fiat Panda,...)
We will reach out to you two weeks before the Conference to ask you your car details if you want to benefit the Roche's Parking.
Note also car park does offer charging stations for electric cars
