Raphael Branger - December 2020

Raphael Branger

Raphael is a pioneer in adapting agile and requirement engineering methods in the context of data and analytics projects. He works as a Principal Consultant Data & Analytics at IT-Logix in Switzerland with more than eighteen years of experience in business intelligence and data warehousing.


Raphael is helping organisations to plan and build what's needed for their data & analytics requirements. He is a strategist, architect, requirements engineer, agile coach but also a developer hence providing a holistic view on the projects he is involved with. He started his career with creating reports and moved on to system engineering for business intelligence platforms. He learned to build new data warehouses from scratch and how to optimize this process following an agile process as well as data warehouse automation. His projects led him from small data to big data to smart data, from simple dashboards to sophisticated data science models.


Raphael holds a master’s degree in information management of the University of Fribourg – Switzerland. In 2017 he became a Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner. He is an active contributor to the community in associations like IBCS, TDWI and SwissVR. He is looking forward to contributing to PMI as well.

Kevin Rohrbach - December 2020

Kevin Rohrbach

Kevin is a Swiss/English dual citizen who did the Swiss KV and holds a BSc in physiotherapy. He holds a PSM L1 certificate from scrum.org and is now working on the CAPM to gain deeper understanding and as a step toward a future PMP certification. Kevin has worked at Interactive Brokers since 2007 with a five-year hiatus between 2010-2015 for his studies. He started in clearing but since 2018 he is concentrating more on managing projects as part of the business development team for EMEA. In his current position Kevin works as a project manager focusing mainly on product enhancements, collaboration with European exchanges, and developing Interactive Brokers' European business.


In his free time Kevin enjoys outdoor sports, sailing, reading, photography, and programming in Python. He joined the Swiss Chapter with the desire to meet like-minded people, network, learn, and keep himself up to date with current developments in project management.

Daniel Ritter - December 2020

Daniel Ritter

Daniel was born in 1982 and now working as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Belimo Automation AG, Hinwil (ZH). He specializes in managing several global digitization projects in parallel.

Daniel joined the Swiss Chapter to foster awareness that project management is a critical success factor.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys mountain biking, skiing and paragliding.

Thomas Eichmann - March 2022

Thomas Eichmann

Thomas is a project manager with more than 15 years of experience in managing global and complex NPI projects in the medical device industry. He has gained extensive experience in project execution in China and South East Asia and therefore loves to travel and learn about other ways of working and cultures.
He is a team player with strong leadership and good communication skills, maintains an optimistic attitude and a willingness to take responsibility and do more than expected.

As a new member of the PMI Swiss Chapter, he looks forward to gaining new experience and expanding his professional network through webinars and events.

Thomas loves making music. He has been playing concerts with his band for over 20 years and is still writing new music with his freinds.
In addition to his passion for music, he enjoys time up in the air as a pilot, doing water sports during swiss summer and snowboarding in winter as the perfect balance to his professional life.

Antonio Morisco - March 2022

Antonio Morisco

Antonio is working as Agile Project Manager at Swissquote bank, leading IT projects using cutting-edge technologies.
He has a technical background in computer science, and more than 15 years of experience in IT projects (8 out of them on project management), in several domains such as banking, finance and media.

Antonio fell in love with project management in 2012, and got his PMP certification one year later in 2013. Over the last 4 years Antonio has been learning and practicing agile methodologies in software development (mainly Scrum, Kanban) with co-located and remotely distributed teams. Antonio recently got the PSM certification as Scrum Master and now he focuses his attention on Agile@Scale frameworks.

Antonio is an Italian, English and French language speaker, and he joined the chapter to expand his professional network, participate in some events, and share the knowledge and experience with new colleagues, as he likes to do at his workplace.

Antonio loves snowboarding, and he is on duty for the second year as a volunteer firefighter in his village. It is like a second job, that allows Antonio to help people, and at the same time allows him to train in managing stress in difficult situations.
