With enough time, resources and budget a PM’s job would be quite boring - or it would not exist at all! For better or for worse, it is not the case - we never have enough of everything we need when we need it, so we try to get what there is the best way we can - we negotiate with other parties to find the best solution for the project and all its stakeholders.

then join us for an interactive session playing a popular Italian card game “Merchant at the fair". During 2 hours, we shall venture into zero and non-zero sum games, selling, negotiating, managing alliances, and making uncertain choices - all while having good fun with peers in a relaxed atmosphere!
