Agata Czopek, PhD, PMP, is a Capability Building Manager in charge of innovation and new technologies at Philip Morris International.
She is a learning and development expert with more than 14 years of experience creating learning solutions (platforms, digital content, learning ecosystems) across industries, from media to pharma, and from the United States to the Middle East. She won one of the first Design Thinking and Lean Start-up Accelerator Program awards organised by leading media group, Sanoma, in Amsterdam.

Dr. Czopek is a passionate workshop facilitator and conference speaker (OPPI New York, Agile by Example Warsaw, Digital University Warsaw, PMI® Leadership Institute Meetings in Barcelona and San Diego, Dubai International Project Management Forum, PMI® Global Conferences in Chicago and Los Angeles and the #UNLEASH Conference Denmark on Sustainable Development Goals).
