Empowering Each Other When Working Remotely

Empowering Each Other When Working Remotely

Empowering Each Other When Working Remotely

Empowering Each Other Reworked2

Working remotely has changed the way we interact with each other and establish trustful relationships. Spontaneous communication has been cut off and we need to purposely create space for nurturing our relationships.
In this workshop, we will see how to switch from the challenges of working remotely into development opportunities and improve our leadership skills. We are going to discover, in a very simple way, how our brain works and how we can use this knowledge to create connections and empower our stakeholders and team members.

Through experiential exercises, we will explore how we can use our listening skills to create a deeper understanding among the team and elicit trust.

About Empowering People in the Workplace
Based on Adlerian psychology, the Empowering People in the Workplace (EPW) programme is focussed on the basic desire of all people – to belong and feel significant (Maslow Pyramid Level 3). EPW activities will help project managers to develop their emotional intelligence to create or improve team performance, fulfilling the team members' and their own personal need of belonging and significance. Our workshops are very interactive and activities are experiential; we use role-play to make participants go through the feeling-thinking-decision cycle.

Come join us on 16th March, where we will collectively explore how to provide empowering feedback to encourage others and effectively solve problems!
