Keynote: Cultivating Your Creative Confidence – 7 habits of Potential Creative Leaders
Creativity is not limited to art or science. We are all inherently creative.
Yet, creativity is the least exploited human resources and it is desperately demanded in all sectors, business, education and public administration to mention just few. Moreover, creativity is an essential quality of 21st century leadership to survive and thrive individually and collectively.
There has been an increasing number of books about ’how to be creative’. However, what is most important is not the how-to technics but a mindset to believe in one’s creative potential - creative confidence.
Without that self-belief, creativity cannot be nurtured. Creativity is like a muscle, we first need to recognize it, use it and develop it in a daily bases.
Toward the end of the presentation, Ms. Fumoto will share examples of creative habits that not only develop your creative muscle but also make your daily life more enjoyable.
