This mentoring program will put you in contact with someone willing to learn, listen, and co-create a growth plan for themselves. From then on, you and your mentee will meet regularly to review their progress and support that growth through teaching, exchanging, and coaching.
As such, we expect you to be:
- Experienced in management (Starting at 5 years with projects, programs, portfolios, and people)
- A consultant: someone who can listen and ask critical questions to guide others through problems
- Willing to share best practices and learning experiences
- A positive, enthusiastic role model.
- Motivates others by setting an example.
