Description
For our Volunteers support team, we are looking for a person responsible for an HR / administration specialist. The ideal candidate will support the administration of HR processes and development, enhancing the volunteer experience with PMI Swiss Chapter. The HR / administration specialist will manage the onboarding / off boarding process, administrate the master data, support the recruitment process and all specific projects for volunteer’s organization (coaching, development, PDUs certification)
The ideal candidate should:
Have experience in HR administration, general administration, is people oriented , accurate , diligent and reliable. A very good time management and organization skills are a must.
Collaborate within the Social Media Team and with other teams inside the PMI Chapter.
Estimated time commitment
1-2 hours a week
