Problem solving comes to Romandie!
In the late and cold days of January, join us in Morges for a day workshop. We’ll experiment with the tools, techniques, and mindset of solving even the thorniest of problems.
The day will feature minimal theory on the structure and approach to problems. We prefer instead to dive deep into practice, with simple and challenging scenarios. To do so, you will practice methods to run workshops and drive collaboration.
You will experiment with analyses, definitions, design, and validation approaches. But technique is not all, and over the day we will invite you to play several roles. Roles to understand your stakeholders; roles to guide them to constructive solutions: for their benefit and yours.
Our workshop is designed to be concise yet impactful. Experience a journey of serious plays with engaging and dynamic introductions that will teach you new perspectives, methods, and best practices for effortless problem solving.
By the end of this workshop, you will gain valuable learnings, including the ability to identify complex problems with clarity and precision. You will gain efficient decision-making skills by selecting the most suitable approach to address these challenges. Through hands-on exercises, you will also can practice and master new problem-solving tools, equipping you with the skills to tackle even the most intricate problems.
Unlock your potential to navigate complex problems with confidence and achieve optimal solutions. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your problem-solving capabilities and make a positive impact on both your personal and professional life.
So come on in, see the sight, play the games, and learn the lesson. We look forward to seeing you there.
