IPM Day 2025 - The Ultimate PM Challenge with SimulTrain®

Test Your Skills. Lead Under Pressure. Where Knowledge Meets Performance.

After the outstanding success of last year’s competition, we’re excited to bring back the Ultimate Project Management Challenge for International Project Management Day 2025. The PMI Switzerland Chapter, in collaboration with our valued partner and sponsor STS, the Project Management Training Company (www.sts.ch), invites you to join an interactive and fast-paced SimulTrain® competition uniting participants across Switzerland’s most vibrant cities

This unique competition brings together project management professionals, aspiring PMs, and enthusiasts to test their skills in a realistic, high-pressure project environment. Whether you’re a seasoned PM, an aspiring leader, or part of a corporate team, this hands-on, pressure-filled challenge develops essential PM skills, encourages collaboration, and strengthens strategic thinking all while having fun.

About SimulTrain®: SimulTrain® (https://www.sts.ch/en/simultrain/), developed by STS, is a world-leading multimedia project management simulator. During the competition, teams will tackle various situations typical for projects, including risk management,  dealing with conflicts within the team, and making decisions to address unexpected plan changes. Each challenge requires participants to consider key performance indicators (KPIs) and understand their interactions.

  • Compete locally and nationally: Top teams in each city will be recognized, and the best Swiss-wide team will be crowned champion.
