A bold new vision is presented for a fully integrated, strategic approach to RnD project portfolio management that can be applied to all industries.

| Dr. Kelvin Stott has over 15 years of experience in R&D |
| project and portfolio management, strategy, innovation, risk |
| and performance management in the pharma/biotech industry. |
| After his PhD and a Fellowship at Cambridge, Kelvin began |
| his career as a management consultant at McKinsey, advising |
| top pharma companies on their R&D productivity. He founded |
| UK biotech company Senexis and managed the company's R&D |
| pipeline as CSO, and then managed biotech investments for a |
| billion Euro VC fund, before joining Merck Serono as Head of |
| Divisional Performance Management. Then as Head of |
| Portfolio Management and BI Systems, he led critical |
| initiatives to de-risk the company's global R&D pipeline and |
| improve its project portfolio risk management systems, tools |
| and processes across the organization. Kelvin now works as |
| an independent consultant, advising pharma/biotech companies |
| on R&D project portfolio management, innovation, risk and |
